im not a big fan of backing tracks but its in their ears and keeps them on time with there set time more than any thing .. these guys are the next bad omens .. they literally have not written a bad mediocre song they are all awesome

It helps more you think and it doesn’t take away from the performance. Not lame at all, and more bands than you think use them.
