Hi Shyvonne I drink kumbucha very often it is good for the gut health ,very healthy drink ,the one in the brown bottle with the orange color label, when I tell you it's a very good drink for gut health.you don't have to drink the entire bottle at once just sips for a few days, so happy shopping Shyvonne 😊

My late Husband was Mexican from Old Mexico,He made Street Corn,Grilled is good .Butter the cobs,put Mayo on them, Parmesan,the kid you put on spaghetti,Chili Powder and Lime to squeeze in them So good

Shyvonne I love Kombucha it's excellent for gutt health. They have varieties you need to keep trying till. You find the one you like. I too am planning on buying a lot of fresh fruit. So I can start my fresh fruit diet

Hi lady, watch out for bio engineered products in some of the products, yuck. Check the breads, cereals, frozen pizza, etc.

I'm not sure what state you live in I know you like to keep that private in which I don't blame you but I have been noticing your grocery store prices are so much cheaper where you live it's double if not triple in Virginia thank you for the video I always absolutely love every single one

@@ShyvonneMelanieTV yes ma'am and actually I never knew of aldi until I came across your TH-cam channel well Mr and my son went there but we went to North Carolina it was decent prices but in Virginia it's really bad and at Walmart the meats on the shelves was literally rotten but I noticed the times you went I saw the prices where you live I was blown away just five grocery bags here of basically nothing is 100$ or more so a week of groceries just for myself and my fiance is around 300$ a week the prices are so ridiculous six chicken legs was 12$-15$
