if you are new to chess you won't learn anything from here. This is top level chess that is far too complicated for beginner level. I suggest MatoJelic ChessSchool channel. Study the old masters like Petrosian,Capablanca ,Paul Keres and Nimzowitsch . Also the book My System by Aron Nimzowitsch its a must. After you do all of that you can say that you have a small basis and you can start watching top level chess
I remember playing a match and I was stressed out of my mind, I decided to look up at my opponent and he looked more stressed than me so I managed to relax and win the game lol.
You always add so much human value to the (already huge) logical value of the game of chess, that you manage to enlarge the beauty of it somehow. Thanks!!
Best chess commentary I've ever heard. As someone who loves chess but doesn't really play it, but can understand it to a small degree... this guy explains what's going on PERFECTLY. He doesn't confuse you with analysis that goes 25 moves into the future just to satisfy his own curiosity.... he sticks with a simple narrative that really exposes what is going on in a simple easy to follow way. The way he commentates makes it feel like ur watching a strategic battle in a war, which makes it very enjoyable to watch.
Well said, i am like you and Sagar lets me see more things but respects my level which is low and he also respects the game of Chess and the players. Great voice too and he gives full satisfaction. Makes a game that would frustrate me to watch into something interesting.
Watched a few chess videos recently. A thought: the very bad posture from sitting bent over a board. As 68-year-old, it's something I've become aware of on top of what I knew from sitting at computer desk (arranged as ergonomic as possible). Sitting makes the lower part of my back suffer. Now, I stand at computer. Perhaps there are small gains over a year of competing from analysing posture and doing back strengthening exercises like planks and pushups. Like British Cycling and Team Sky did with, eg team bus and personal mattress and pillow for each rider in place of hotel bedlinen during Tour de France - mocked at first, now all teams do it.
She is one of the top women's players, likely with a lower rated opponent pairing this early in the world cup, so she was more interested in what others are playing than her own game.
If "Do I have to?" was incarnated into a person. Just gets up from the desk no matter the vibe, dancing around in panic or lazily coming back only to quickly swipe a piece and shove off again. Dude even shows up with a water bottle and gets the "are you serious right now" look from the opponent. As a newcomer to this scene, what am I watching?
I think Sagar must be analysing these games after they were played and then he makes the video and adds commentary, otherwise he is better than Magnus ;) it looks like he knows every winning move haha
@@maartenroose878Yes of course, live commenting are much inferior even when GM's do it in fact so bad that i prefer silence in live game or a post game well prepared and balanced analysis work and entertainment that Sagar has the recipe for.
That would be an insult. The infamous einstein was a plagiarist propped by the J press. He stole the theory of relativity from the French Mathematician Henri Poincaré et also stole Hilbert's Transform. He deserves little to no credit, he was incapable of pure mathematics and should be seen more as a secretary who could shuffle other's ideas, something similar to his clerk work in the patent office. It's all political, he should never have been given credit.
and What is your Queen doing in corner? Why do you want to play Passively if you have active plan in hand...So like Sagar commented 26.h3 was good move there...(26. Qa1?! Ne4 with idea of 27...Qd2, so eventually to stop Qd2 insertion you'll have to play Qb2 again, which is time wasting.
I wonder how would Magnus react if his opponent makes illegal move as soon as he realises that he's lost. Jump the rook and take the queen diagonally 😂
Please give more full game cuts like this! Especially with analysis
You gotta love Sagar’s commentary…it’s like watching a movie..🙂
I enjoy the commentary as I’m new to chess but with Sagar speaking everything is understandable

Why do I have a feeling that sagar recorded this videos in the air plane? 😂😂
I'm watching this in train . So can't really tell any difference 😂
On Airport not air plane.
Sounds like rain on a flat glass roof. I looked out to see if it was raining on my house
@@Soumooo018😊😊😊😊😊😊
Its war movie in background.
3:25 "DID YOU GUYS NOTICED MAGNUS CUT HIS HAIR FOR THIS EVENT, HE CAME GROOMED AND PREPARED" ahahaha the commentator🤣😂

Wow commentary on a classical game😮...nicely done Sagar
26:42 He's like :- are rukho mujhe bhi Jana hai
These type of videos are the best. Please upload in similar format only
Magnus new haircut 🔥🔥😅
Chess is a game of look each other in the eyes the least amount of times as possible.
Likely many on autism spectrum. Seen that many times with people on the spectrum

Hopefully you’ve seen other matches he’s done. Sometimes he gets really excited and it’s even better!
These are great, more of these please!
The commentary makes these videos, great job!
The slow deliberate clock presses are like visual ASMR lol
Still the king of classic chess!
Your commentary is very entertaining thank you for making these videos
These long form games make Magnus seems like an amazign opponent.
Because of you Sagar i have built interest in chess
sagar sir please upload of all games of magnus from this tournament like this in long video we love it thank you chessbase india.
Great commentary, thanks! Fortunately Sagar has no heavy Indian accent, so I can easily understand :)
Very nice commentary 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
Min 17:10 queen back to A1 defends both knights

More of this please
The girl who was playing behind mangus was looking at magnus more than her game 😂 clearly in love with the champ❤
She is one of the top women's players, likely with a lower rated opponent pairing this early in the world cup, so she was more interested in what others are playing than her own game.
Love it and the commentary is excellent
I love your commentary
amazing explanation to the moves, thx a million.
Classical Mag. I am sure he stood up just not to look like the prey😅😅😂😂✌️
Great comments. Thank you
Sir Sagar Shah, you are LEGEND, Can you help me to get trained, to become WCC
Alhamdulillah i am a muslim❤❤.....keep going brother i am absolutely with you everytime,👍👍
Great video, thx Sagar
what was that extra piece of paper to sign for Magnus?
Commentary himself is the world champion commentator .
After white gave away that pawn, the game was so easy for magnus

What a great knight sacrifice by magnus
Very good an professional comments!
Anyone know what the brand of water is?
Why?
Sirab
@@gusleffers9265Because Magnus became world champion because of drinking that water
magnus missed here 13:24 why he doesnt play Qb7 checked King and take Queen ??🥺
"Magnus Breathes"
Sagar: I love this move.
😂😂 All for fun though, I love Magnus and Sagar.
Already Check mate.why do not see
Sagar always very polite talking low cause dont bother both players
You can mute the background noise ...
His face was like he knew from starting he is going to loose. 😃
Very good🔥.... nice job sir
16:55 why his not going A1 queen 🤔
Magnardo di caprio
A wahi GM haina Jan vishy Anand ne Blitz mein 1 move ke liye 2 min liya tha and win Kiya tha
Magnus at 26:40 annoyed because the opponent is completely losing and has not resigned
Nice job Mister Commentator
he is very good at commentary but i do not understand half the words
You predict every move . I think you should be world champion sir.

Opponents looks like he knows and thinking "oh God today is my day to loose. "
Last lady ask who won..😂😂😂 undoubtedly magnus Goat
Sagar low key saying Magnus looked like Einstein 😂😂😂

Sagarrrrr 🫶🏼 best commentator ever
arent pawns considered pieces 2:56
In the whole double knight attack debacle, whats wrong with Qa1? lol
I had the same thought but it wasn't discussed

What are they writing?
Queen and Knight endgame = computer play
Magnus sacrifices his hair
Well played levan
Magnus ❤
Why I saw a leonardo di carpio looks on him? Is a movie on him as the GOAT in chess be released soon?😂😂😂
Magnus went up to see games around but back himself after seeing those girls 😂😂 avg introvert
What they write on papers?
the moves
@@marcosalazar4682 why?
#systum h sir😂 systum hang krna hai xams me
You accidentally said Magnus is the world champion which he isnt but i understand
We all understand
what they are writing
Bro, Magnus's hair went from one disaster to the next. That's not what people meant when they said to get a haircut Magnus.
"magnus cut his head" WTF?!? I think magnus cut his hair
Why players need to write something what is it?
23.10... it seems as if the commentator has no idea what is going on... and still talking... the pawn is pinned
That magnus main strategy is to disgust the opponent
The accent of the commentator is killing me...
Dude was pissed he lost
I wonder how would Magnus react if his opponent makes illegal move as soon as he realises that he's lost. Jump the rook and take the queen diagonally 😂
good
Who won ?
Magnus
Carlos
Why do they write moves? They are recorded anyway
To waste paper
Pantsulaia should have played Qxh6 and it would have been a draw.
It's easy dude when u have engine go n sit there ur mind won't work at all
First one 🖐️
Where's his hair
Lol cutting your hair makes you appear more smarter 😂
How are they allowed to linger around
Check poon and checkmate by quen
❤
Magnus cut his hair
Why wasting time writing in note pad. That disturbs the game, players, viewers etc... 😁
Can someone explain why women are not as good at chess as men?
About commentary.....I found it irritating.
No le alcanzo para ganar a Jorge de la Selva.
New hair style.. new variation.. but the result is old. 😂
Why doesn't Sagar play Magus? He understands so deeply about both game and Magnus 's reasoning.
Would be fun to watch but he’s just not good enough
man you are ....
Queens can't trade?.... since when??
Bhai ye Magnus abnormal hai lagta..😂 always late , always brings 2 bottles, always does timepass before he starts.😂
