Agreed. The pseudosacrifice of the rook is nothing a club player couldn't calculate (or even intuit; it's the most obvious move). But I the endgame as a whole is spectacular.
(He sacrifices the Rock, knowing that the end is his.) The question is, when did he calculate the King pawn endgame? Without a doubt, Magnus Carlsen is the most powerful brain engine of the time.
I was always amazed by Sagar bhaiz positional understanding and quick analysis and spotting out the things. And Magnus surprised him and us all . Fantastic play !!
That's the best chess analysis video format. Classical chess + condensed video of the game + board analysis with (great) commentary. We are so fortunate to have ChessBase India!
I love the tableside video. So much to see in the psychology of body movements. This explains a lot to those who only play online. Over the board chess is SO MUCH MORE psychological and often harder for some players. Also, handling triple weighted pieces proficiently takes some practice.
Damn what fascinates about Chess games is when the opponent knows that he cant do anything to prevent the sequence of their opponents winning moves leading to an option of resigning. If I was in a Magnus position, I wouldve never sacrificed my rook just to win that calculated endgame because Im not at that high level where im capable to do that.
One thing is very important while playing magnus carlsen is that you have to take care of the crucial intermezzos which magnus carlsen is doing best in his games
I’m so glad to have found your channel. Your commentary is the best and with the live video I feel totally immersed. Also I’m learning a lot too Thank you for opening a deeper world of chess for me!
Dear Sagar, u need to make the 2D screen bigger in your recaps ..plz very hard to focus as it's too tiny even the 65" inch screen does not help .. an idea could be to split the screen to 2 half one with the 2D board, and another with the players might help a lot ..🤔😀
With accurate play, White has a winning position due to the advanced g-pawn and the ability to support it with the king. Black can create some counterplay, but the position heavily favors White. The key for White is to push the g-pawn and use the king to support its promotion while also being cautious of Black's counterplay. Because king support hoga means white almost winning hoga black ka king around nay aha payega badme King support karega....😊or promotion karega...
It helps them to analyze the game and see what they did or could have done differently if other moves were made. Plus adds knowledge about the opponents strengths and weaknesses.
Just wow....beauty of end game...wizard and maestro of chess mr.king of chess GOAT Magnus Carlsen...what a game, this one will be in books...congrats to mr.numero uno relly something special we have opportunity to witness...just wow.❤🎉

Amazing game by two world class Grand-Masters! Carlsen is just legendary and makes it look easy! With that out of the way, IM Sagar breaks it down with much glee (deservingly so)! The commentator possesses a deep understanding of the game, and is also a chess fan! One of the best elite chess commentators (if not the best)! I also love how a long game is reduced in such a way that there is nothing lost in commentary. A wonderful chess highlight!
than u would need one more person to check all hours long videos, which would be a massive waste of manpower. Here u can just check if both opponents match.

I have never seen such a brilliant endgame. It proves Carlsen has studied chess to its limits, taking everything into consideration.
This format is gold for chess - well done to the commentator!
how easily Carlsen sacrifice the rook knowing that endgame is winning is just phenomenal
Thts nothing even normal GMs would do that, his speciality is magical rook placement in previous moves and creating zugzwang
After all he has done it’s disrespectful to call this “phenomenal” all the grinding he did before was more impressive
That's so obvious, the play before that is only phenomenal

But the way he explains it to us is simply amazing.

Everytime Aryan Tari plays a Move. Magnus disappears into oblivion, probably calculating Check mate in 30 moves

Aryan : NANI?!

why do they both right there moves ?
This is why magnus is master of chess masters
Waiting for Levy and that Rooook sacrifice
it must suck to be a chess genius in magnus's times.
The Roooooook!!!!!!
Lovely video! Love from the Netherlands
Losing but don’t know why. But you know you’re losing 😅
wish their analysis was intelligible😭but they probably spoke in norwegian anyway
Excellent commentary thank you
In endgames like this, magnus pretty well know how to play tactics like zugzwang n all.😅
Why you wrote magnus as norway no.2, he should be norway no.1 how can he be norway no.2 if he is world no.1😂😂 ...Plelase correct the description
he wrote aryan as norway no.2
This match in between World no1 vs Norway no 2(Aryan Tari)

The G.O.A.T Magnus🔥
Black should have kept his queen on board by playing Ra8 rather than ba3+ and try to push two passed pawns on a7 and b6.
He sacrificed the ROOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Often the simplest and most foolproof way to win in rook versus knight with pawns is take the knight leading to some kind of winning condition.
