Is this Chinese watch brand good? Addiesdive MY-H2 Automatic Watch Review | Microbrands of 2024

With Chinese origins, Addiesdive is a homage watch brand which makes amazing watches inspired by famous designs in the world of horology.
This Pilot's watch comes loaded and feature packed with stuff like Synthetic Sapphire Glass, NH-35 Automatic Movement, 316L Stainless Steel Case and a Retro C3 Lume which lights it up almost anywhere!
This one is priced around ₹7,000 and fits well under a $100, with blue and green dials and an option for a steel strap too. Deeply inspired by the IWC's Mark XX, this one gives many microbrands a run for their money.

Glad to see a review of $100 price range Watch - my favorite price range !
I’d pick a Duro instead of a resin CasiOak. Duro is coincidentally priced the same as Timex Q reissue..
I’ve not strayed from ‘brand Casio’ irrespective of all the temptations.. If I get a microbrand watch, it’ll be a “DWC Kolar” if and when it gets relaunched (because of its affordability and it being named after a town in my home state of Karnataka!)

The Addiesdive MY-H2 is my favorite cheap watch of my collection. It has great specs and build quality, looks terrific, has great lume, and mine is accurate to +8s/day. All for under 50 USD from Ali Express. Why does it bother you that it has good water resistance? Whatever enhanced water resistance you get in a watch is a major positive. After all a flieger is just a field watch with a triangle and two dots at the 12 o'clock position.

It doesnt bother me at all. In fact I am surprised at the 200m water resistance for a Pilot's watch which is obviously a good thing
