    I'm a 68 year old husband, father, and grandfather. After renting for 40 years my wife and I bought a parcel of "raw" land 750 miles from our current home (a rental). We've been working on it for 8 years now. I never listened when I was told it would be impossible. It has been the greatest adventure of my life. We are nearing completion of our mountain lodge style timber frame cabin made from lumber we milled ourselves. The best part? No mortgage, no more rent. The goal was to be debt-free. Dream big and go for it. If your dreams don't scare you you aren't dreaming big enough.
