  • Short answer: yes, yes they are. To me, anyways.
What do you guys think? Any online printers you’d recommend? Thank you all again for watching!
    Take care

As someone who runs an etsy store for 3d prints, completely agree on all of these points. One thing I will say though sometimes with the files we don't have full control on how the print itself comes out. Sometimes that's the file itself which we just have the license to sell. We can try to make edits on our side which are limited, and we can try to give feedback for an update but sometimes we're stuck too.

This purely depends on the shop itself. I used a shop called rumandresin and i was blown away from how well the model was, its not cheap around £19 delivered for something 76mm tall but its an amazing piece. Found another store that seems better priced so hoping they have good quality prints. Have 4 things coming from them, standard minitures are around £4.39 and you can get larger ones for like 20+ going up towards 100. Got a devil at 190mm for £24, perfect for my campaign.

Absolutely! Folks just need to remember to shop around if you don’t have an artist you already order from, even if your heart loves the first one you see.

@@BundoksCavern I only buy bosses and heroes from Etsy though. If I want goblin armies, orcs, skeletons etc I just go buy those kits where you get 30 of them and create your own. Here in the UK they are stupidly cheap at around £25 and the quality is top notch on them. War games Atlantic fantasy sets to be exact

It's a high price to start, but I am a huge advocate for 3d printing minis. The only problem is now I have way too many minis to ever paint and I cant stop printing them!

That’s why I’ve yet to start! I know my self-control would be near 0 haha

@@BundoksCavern It is actually pretty cheap to start now to get a starter printer. However the issues you need is space that is WELL ventilated. And PPE plus the maintenance and Resin is... Well resin. Great Hobby but it's definitely a commitment.
