My husband was laughing at me because I was looking down my shirt through the whole video to figure out my shape. I know now! Thank you! Turns out I was buying right bras for myself. But I didn't base it off of shape...I did it for comfort.
I have just found this video so I will be doing the same, perhaps if your husband is considering changing the type of underwear he wears so that the fit is correct and the most confortable for his size/shape you can return the compliment 🥜🍆🤣
I really needed this when I was 13. I developed quickly and my mum had passed away then so I had no one to discuss this with. I wore the same one bra for months! It left my breasts sagging down when i wanted them pushed up. I could not go shopping bc i had no money at the time. Thank you for sharing this
Same here. I have worn a 36 DD for as long as I can remember! I never had perky girls. Or even girls that I could get away with not wearing a bra with an outfit or tube top or whatever... I. Had. Grandma. Boobs. From. The. Very. Start. :(
One tip I’d like to add is for asymmetrical breasts. Finding a bra that has stretchy cups allows it to accommodate the larger breast while it still fits the smaller breast thus eliminating rippling bra material on the side that has the smaller breast. It works very well! Thanks for another great video and I enjoy your sense of humour. 😁
I use a extra pad under the smaller breast. If insurance would pay for breast reduction surgery I would have that done on the larger breast. I’m sure that would be considered cosmetic.
Thank you so much for this video. I am 16 and could never figure out why I had gaping at the top or just empty space. This has helped me so much. After making the change my parents noticed I stopped complaining that my bras didn’t fit right. Also for me having an amazing feeling bra was a great confidence booster. Literally felt like I could take on the world.
That’s awesome! I always had this problem until I was around 19 and just stopped wearing bras if I didn’t have work. I still have yet to find something that I like the feel of and doesn’t have this gaping! Glad you’re figuring it out early on
This was really nice because somehow I always feel like my breasts are sagging, even though I'm a young adult, and it's kind of embarrassing trying to discuss this with zomeone who can give the right advice. But this was so easy to understand and now I know not to look clueless while going to the shop, and actually try something out which would be good for me.
I have the 'deflated/tear drop" shape and they always been this way since I got boobs as a young adult, and I just wanted to say they're completely normal!!! I thought my boobs were strange when I was a teenager/young adult because people always say boobs like that are a result of something - either getting older or weight loss but they can be just another part of your genetic makeup👍
Same here fam, I have saggy, tear drop shaped boobs and it's not that nice to look at it, it's not that I didn't wear the correct size and I don't know the exact reason behind this but it's comforting to know that I'm not alone with this werid issue😂
I was a J cup (and I’m petite!) but had a reduction last year, when my pain was so bad it was forcing me on pain pills. Now I’m a C, and it’s WEIRD. I forget that my nipples aren’t even with my belly button, lol, or that I can see my feet now! It’s so fun to wear pretty bras without going to a specialty site that assumes they’re the result of plastic surgery and I’ve got some cash to burn, accessories for my… accessories. I don’t have to wear “tank” high impact sports bras to extend the length of time I can wear a bra without getting a pinched nerve in my shoulder and subsequent headache. I can just get pretty bras, in an astounding array of colors and patterns. It’s so cool!
Hi can I ask for details like, how old you are, and where in the world, how did much did you have to pay? I am so uncomfortable with 36 38k, all underwired and digging in.
I envy you! I've always wanted a breast reduction since the age of 15, even when I was just a 34C. Now I'm a 36D and want it even more. I don't have pain (except when I'm wearing straps that dig into my shoulder or that pull on my traps), so for me the surgery would be all about gaining comfort. I'm sick of underboob sweat, uncomfortable bouncing when jogging or doing jumping jacks, discomfort while sleeping whether it's to switch positions to sleep on my stomach or the way they flop around when moving to my side or the way they sit on my throat when sleeping on my back. I also hate trying to find bras or clothes that fit right. I don't like the attention they bring either. I'm not trans, but I definitely wanna lop them completely off. Maybe I'll go for an A or B cup, but I certainly want the light feeling of having mosquito bites for boobs. I'd burn all my bras and go braless (or just bralettes) for the rest of my life. I could think about gravity a whole lot less and save time & money buying undergarments. It'd be absolute bliss! God I just want relief.
As an A cup, it took me years to discover balconette was the best. Then I discovered push-up bras and now, I wear camisoles with cups and bralettes with some padding. I have learned to love what I've got regardless of size or shape. Thanks for sharing Chi!!!
Same for me (A cup 🤚) I only wear bralettes now as they are comfortable, feminine and flattering. They make me feel more confident in my own skin than I used to.
I thought I had to be the only one in the world with A-cup, so to really see there is someone out there (I knew they existed since they sell them though, but never met anyone or heard of anyone else). When the people you know complain about their extremely large breasts with K-cup they just don't understand that being an A isn't always easy when buying clothes in size 14-16 as all large women are supposed to have enormous breasts too. When I was a size 6-8 it wasn't easy either as it's the same, you're supposed to have sillicone if your'e on the smaller side. Trying to find bras in size 90A is just impossible in my country, but when I'm smaller and can use 75-80 A it's easier. I don't know if my shape really exist though. When I was young my goal was to have a pen sit under my boob for a second, I don't remember why but it have never happend yet, but now I don't really care anymore. The only reason that I wish they were bigger is to be able to wear a 50-s halterneck dress with lots and lots of underskirts, but I don't think it will ever happen and I'm really not getting younger so it's soon to late anyways to wear a dress like that and not look desperate. Hopefully I will get down to a size 10 soon and then I can buy a bra that fits me better.
Huh, you know, this is something I never really considered when doing my bra shopping. I’ve always gone for “does it cover my breasts entirely?” and “make sure it doesn’t have lace, it’s so itchy” and I’ve been having trouble with the cups bowing out at the inside edge and clearly showing through my shirt. I might have to try out a balconette bra, based on your recommendation!
@@mg8642 It’s not the underwire pushing out, it’s the soft, interior edge of the cup itself bowing outwards and making a V shape visible thru my shirt. I got remeasured when I got new bras a few months ago and it did turn out I went up a band size, so you’re not wrong! But I’ve been having this same issue for years while wearing the same style of bra, though to a lesser extent when it actually fits, which is why I now suspect changing what style I wear might fix it.
Correct sizing is also so important. For years, I was wearing bras that just kind of fit. I recently switched to non-padded underwire bras and found a bra I really liked, but in my usual size the band was a bit too tight. I went up a band size, but then the cup was too small. Lastly I went up a cup size and down a band size, and it fit perfectly! Play around with cup and band sizes, if you fit a 36A, you would probably also fit a 30D, but one may be a more perfect fit.
This is soooo true! For years I thought I was a 34b, Bc that was the smallest band size you could buy in stores, but they never seemed to fit quite right! Then I found a company that makes band size 30, and I found out that I’m actually a 30D, sometimes 30DD like when I’m on my period and they’re swollen. My friends look at me like I’m crazy when I tell them I’m a D cup, bc I honestly don’t ave very large breasts, but I swear I’ve never had a bra fit more perfectly!
@Bobbi Jo Cup sizes varied with the band sizes. As you discovered, your B became a D when downsized the band stripes. If you go up in stripes, from ex. 34D to 38, you probably change cup size to B or even A. Saying "I'm a B-cup" isn't right, because the cup depends on the band size. When I heard this I didn't believe it so I went to a shop and checked. It is true!
Of note: There are stores where they sell nothing but foundation wear, including mastectomy bras for women who wear prosthetics. 🎀These stores specialize in matching the bra to the woman. One of their services is measuring. You will get accurate measurements and a bra that is perfect for you! 🌙💜☮️
I have 38F UK size and I'm only 5'2" tall. It's a nightmare getting comfy bras to fit me because the straps are too long or the bra seems to sit on my diaphragm, making me feel cut in half when I sit down! Mark's and Spencer's in the UK do bra fittings and surprisingly a "post surgery" soft bra is the best and most comfy! I would never have chosen it in the shop without the guidance of the staff member that measured me. It saved me £££'s in the long run. They also do really pretty day to day bras in soft pastel colours.
@@helenmilhinch9803 have you ever tried to go with 36 band and G or H cup? because things you have written sound like you might have to wide band. Sometimes bra fitting places are not that good / are in hurry / don't know about your specific needs and miss on a size (I had that issue when buying swimsuit... now it fits perfectly - after I gained weight 🙃)
@@MaraMara89 I use Marks and Spencers or John Lewis for my fittings. They have well trained staff that book you an appointment, so I trust they are measuring me properly.
I don't really get the obsession with keeping your breasts in the centre. If your breasts are naturally set wider, wouldn't it be weird and uncomfortable to push them together every day? I know it is for me. Maybe for certain clothes, it makes sense, but not on the regular. I don't care about how my breasts look for others, I just want to be comfortable. And the best bra that I've found for my wide breast is actually the unpadded one with straps going to the sides like here 06:20.
Pushing wide-set breasts to the center is incredibly uncomfortable, especially if a wire is involved. Breast tissue is tender, and pushing the fat cushioning it aside isn't ideal, imo. I say this as someone with very wide-set breasts (even bras advertised for wide-set breasts still don’t fit right for me). The bras she mentioned for wide-set breasts are some of the most uncomfortable bras for me simply because they push breasts towards the center. When wires are involved, this means you have a thin wire placed firmly against tender tissue. When they aren't, I still have spillage, as my breasts very understandably don’t want to be pushed far outside of their natural position. Personally, I've found cheap cami bralettes with removable cups work best for me. The cami band prevents spillage and the removable cups can be positioned wherever in the bra is best for my body.
I’ve opted to sports bras and bralettes only for the past 6+ years because I couldn’t figure out why I had so much gapping at the top. I will give your recommendations a try. Thank you!
I'm part of the sportsbra gang too, but because it is impossible to buy an affordable bra in my size (30E-G). Yep, I have a tiny ribcage. Even with sizing up to (properly) 32 D-E I struggle to find one that is affordable especially because I have to have them at the tightest hook off the rack. So I'd rather stick to sportsbras and nonwired bras until I have the money to buy an expensive bra that fits me. In my country you can find most bras (the most common sizes) starting from 12 dollars. A bra in my size starts from over 60 dollars. Yep, I'm too broke (college student) to buy a bra for that much money 🤷♀️
First time I have heard anyone advise on this important subject. Many women wear wrong size bras their whole life. I love that you call breasts " your girls" that is so cute and loving for the body. Many women do not like their breasts so this talk is encouraging ... after all each person is an amazing creation and with help we can be our best. Thank you.❤
I used to love padded plunge bras, but in the last few years I learned than balconette bras best suit my breast shape - which are wide set, down pointing, a bit deflated from weight fluctuation and somewhat small for my size. I personally like to have a little padding to pick them up, but otherwise, I have never been more comfortable in a bra than I am in a balconette shape or in soft comfy bralettes/sports bras! It was nice to see your suggestions, and feel validated in my choices :)
I only buy t-shirt bras, mostly in nude, and one or two in black. All other styles have something that shows through tops, seams, lace, bumps, etc. I got so tired of trying on different bras in the morning to find one that didn’t show.
I actually find that my lace bras show less than t-shirt bras. Tshirt bras tend to show the outline of the cup on me (no gaping), while the lace ones lie more flat and because the lace is not very textured it doesn't show at all!
Thanks, chi! Love your creative editing! When i was a teenager i bought bras from aggressive salesperson who gave me wrong bra shapes, ugh! This is an empowering video all teenage girls should watch for introductions to bra-fitting. Also my breast cup size change half a cup over the menstrual cycle so i get two size bras and switch wear them. That’s been helpful too!
I wore the wrong size/shape for years too. After I was measured by a good professional, I started wearing bras that actually fitted me and it was wonderful!!
This is great! I think a video on proper bra sizing/fitting would be extremely helpful as well. I learned the hard way only after many, many years that my size is not even sold in most stores…. Unfortunately I’ve learned, too, subsequently, that many who work in bra/undergarment shop shops and even top department stores haven’t been correctly taught even basics of how to fit a bra! Thank you for this video this is the first I’ve seen of this kind ❤️
Breast shape is only one part of the equation. Choosing the correct size can help not only to properly support the breasts but can help with other issues as you discussed. Most bra calculators add 4 inches to the band size and this is WRONG. You do not need to do that! Go to A Bra That Fits calculator to get the right size and be ready to pick your jaw off the floor. I went from a 32c to a 28e! Chi I don’t think you are a b cup. Take s look and see!
I was waiting to see a ABTF calculator comment. That tool/resource is amazing! I went from a 34DD to a 30F. No more moulded cup bras for me, only unlined lace.
So where do you find size 28? After years of wearing 32c, I was measured (at Victoria’s Secret ) and found out I’m a bigger cup but smaller band size. They do not carry size 30 anything let alone size 28! Tell me please and thank you!!!
I used to wear a 34 C and after my kiddo got resized into Victoria's Secret 32 DD. Thank goodness for the ABTF calculator!! I now wear a 28 F/FF!! A world of a difference! I just need better bras now. I wish there were more 28 band sizes offered in Canada!
Just tried the bra calculator thinking it might give me a different bra size but it turns out I have the right bras (40HH). I think part of the difference is because of the variation between US and UK sizing as I've noticed UK sizing just seems more accurate. I've been wearing UK sized bras for years now and they have never let my girls down yet (pun intended)
Great video!! Way back when Oprah had her daytime talk show, she did a show on undergarments. Many women are wearing the wrong ones for their body type because the industry doesn't show you how to dress your body. The designers put their garments on people society deems most beautiful, basically to boost their profits. They don't really care if you buy the wrong thing for your body, they just want you to buy buy buy. This has led to endless mindless consumerism and tons of fashion waste. Most women need to go up a size in the cup size and go down a size around the ribs. Otherwise the type of bra your girls need won't be nearly as effective. When I learned this on the Oprah show, it was life changing. Thank you for taking up the cause for us petite ladies. I really appreciate your content.
Great info! I'll add that it's so important to make sure your straps are adjusted properly for fit and support. I prefer the adjustment in the front so I can easily adjust when wearing. Thanks for hitting it out of the park 💚
I just don't wear bras. I'm a AA and have firm and dense breast tissue. People told me my breasts would sag from not wearing bras but here I am at 39 and they seem the same as they always were. It seems like whenever I wore a bra in the past it made my breasts feel mushy when I took it off. So I thought that's counterproductive.
I just KNOW this video is going to hurt my feelings and wallet. My bras fit me horribly and I can’t wait to see how silly I’ve been in trying to pick the wrong shape (then going out to purchase new versions!)
I’m a 32DD in US sizing. I get the Asian bras off eBay. They have a tiny jewel medallion in the middle, and …most importantly… 5 rows of hooks in the back. It’s the back of the bra that holds them up. These are $25 each. I won’t wear anything else.
Thanks Chi for another great video. As a 42H cup woman, this video is perfect for those looking for the perfect bra. I still remember walking into Victoria Secret and having the bras break in three to six months or being told that they didn't have bras for me. Unlined bras are the way to go but I like to use Misses Kisses and Lane Bryant's Boosted Multi Way Strapless bra for special occasions and for spicy blouses.
Thanks! I have never had such a detailed explanation of sizeand breast shapes. Bravo for suggesting the proper types of bras and why they work best. I appreciate you
As a DD/E cup, I never found a sticky bra that works. Some say they do, but they don’t. Some manufacturers are honest, admitting they only work for up to a B cup, and best for A.
Like Chi says it depends on what you look you want for your breast. I'm a 42/44H and I what I want from a bra is for my breast to be more together than separate so I choose to buy the Misses Kisses bra. I also tried those backless strapless adhesive bras which you can find in an E cup on Amazon but don't expect any type of lift from them. I do like to use them inside of a strapless bra together for the lift and create cleavage.
@@comkver - Good idea putting inside a strapless bra! I actually get bruised on my breast bone wearing strapless or high cut bras so this might help cushion, thanks for the idea!
I always wore molded bras because I worked with male clients in sometimes cold conditions & we all know what happens! Now that I’m retired, I purchase unlined bras which are so much more comfortable! I have also cut out that molded cup from favorite bras & am perfectly happy with them.
Great video! If you're having trouble getting the correct fit, I highly recommend going to a lingerie shop (not a department store) to have a knowledgeable sales associate help you find the best fit!!
I did go to the Macy's and Victoria Secret and they could not figure out what size/type of the bra I needed. I am in between sizes plus my girls are really round but not too sticking out. If I go larger size, the cup has an empty space inside. If I go a size down, my nipples spill out of the bra.
Thank you for making this video Chi, really a whole world for the "girls" I call mine "twins" :D I noticed that my size seem to depend a lot as well on the brand and type of bra. I am not very sure 100% which shape my twins are after watching your video, but I find 42B for my twins to be holding well whilst also embracing around the body without making any "muffin" effect. Women have been blessed with twins that not only make our body look beautiful, but they also give life to our babies when we breastfeed them... God really took care of everything!! I am so grateful :) Thank you again Chi!!
you can also be a combination of different shapes. i an wide set but small, so i‘ll look into a combination of both and try out the styles of bras. i‘m looking forward to summer and feeling good with my choices
I would add that if you have a full bust and are short-waisted, it's really important to get a bra that pushes your breasts up -- otherwise you end up looking much heavier. I am not heavy but for years I had a terrible time finding a bra at a department store. When I got the advice to be fitted at a ligerie store (NOT Victoria's Secret - the only "lingerie store" many malls have) I went to Soma and discovered that I wore a 32DDD. This is a size NO department store has! All their 32 bras are usually "trainer bras" for teens! A fitter. helped me find two styles (full-coverage, wire band, and extremely supportive). With my breast in the center of my short ribcage, rather than at the bottom, I looked as if I had lost 10 pounds!!! It was amazing. I am 5'2'' and at the time I weighed about 124 pounds and worse size small or 6 (sometimes 4!). About 10 years later I have gained weight and also changed shape -- I weigh 130 but that is enough for me to go up a band size. If you need this kind of bra, it's good to join the store email list and get a rewards card (or whatever they have), because the elastic eases after a few months and they cost much more than department store brands. When you know what you want, you can buy ahead and during sales, and Soma has a few huge sales every year.
I don't know... I am very short waisted with broad shoulders and ribs. Because of this, mine are wide set, and I guess I am lucky that they naturally sit high. When I push them up, it makes me look even shorter and wider up top. I personally prefer a minimizer bra, even though I'm only a C cup. My tops fit so much better. We are all so different, so it's hard to give hard fast rules for general categories, but at least Chi made us think about it.
@@jennbetween8842 That's a good point. I have a petite build. Minimizer bras are awful on me because with a DDD cup and a narrow ribcage, pushing breast tissue out also adds pounds. I have several in one style that are more comfortable than the ones I wear every day but I only wear them for loungewear. My recommendation for people is to look at their overall figure from several angles, and if possible be fitted at a good store that sells bras in many shapes. The right size can still give you the wrong shape. A balconette bra, for instance, does not work for me.
I'm also about 5'2 and I'm a 32DDD as well. At stores they've had me put on a pushup bra before and it just looks like my whole upper body is bra/breast at that point lmao
I always liked balconette bras but thought they weren't for me, now I know they were indeed meant for my shape. I wear wire-free bras & while they're comfy it doesn't give me a flattering figure in the chest area. Think I'll be replacing bras now. Great video 👍
Very helpful video. I am personally rounded and full. You were spot on with your suggestions and criticisms of minimizers. I used to wear minimizers. They would squish the breast tissue in and out, which, while giving a smaller breast appearance, also made my chest appear broader, which made me feel very frumpy. The lightly line,d with good support underwires, ends up actually making my chest look smaller, because it keeps the girls centralized and more my natural shape. Very informative, with excellent examples! 👌
This is really good to hear. I've been wearing thin non+supporting sports bras & thicker molded sports bras, but I'm gonna invest in a lined bra now. That sounds so much better!
This was a very helpful video, I just can't decide what my breast shape is! I like molded bras and lightly lined t-shirt bras. I love all your funny skits! Keep up the great work, Chi! 😘
@@PetiteDressing there's one you left out, and they are called the extra large type, the heavy breast, and I don't recommend underwires because they poke and cut into the flesh. I recommend no underwires because you can still get support without those painful underwires. They really don't support you, they just cause you pain.
Me watching this video like I'm gonna find any of these at an affordable price in my country... That's not to discredit your video, of course. I'm sure a lot of people found this video very useful and I'm happy people are talking about these topics! You showed a lot of variety in shapes and styles, which is really neat. I'm just bummed my choices are often limited. I really wish more stores offered larger cup sizes for a more affordable price and with more variety. My size isn't even that large compared to many other women with similar issues (75G), but finding something that fits, looks nice and is affordable on my budget is a nightmare! I get that I'm not exactly the average size, so my choices will be limited, but it's still a bit disheartening.
Fab video, love the humour you added in! It’s so important to wear the proper size & style & this is a great video to show young women, those having undergone reconstruction, implants, weight loss or gain, trans women (who IME helping friends are often confused by the best style for them) & those who find bras so uncomfortable due to wearing the wrong style, thanks! I’m super tiny & my breast bone kinda sticks out😕 so when wearing strapless or any wired bra that comes up high actually bruises me as it digs in & hurts! IDGAF about cleavage unless I’m wearing something it’d look good with but must wear plunge, push-up bras which I find uncomfortable. I’m on the search for a sports or bralette that’d support as well, but most come S, M, etc…, very frustrating!
Wow, it never occurred to me to consider breast shape for best fit. It’s been trial and error for me over the years since puberty and lots of uncomfortable bras. Thanks for doing this video.
I'm wearing the perfect bra: no wire, no weird sponge, stay at home style sleastic and comfortable tops, nothing hard or metallic. Fuck bras and this obsession to make our cleavage appeal the male gaze, all our breast need is to be comfortable 24/7 period.
If I want to change my breast appearance to fit certain clothes types, I wear a corset. Once I hit my upper teens, *no* bra felt comfortable and if I was desperate, I would use a stretchy spaghetti strap undershirt folded up with cups. My problem is that if I'm wearing pretty much any bra type available to my size/shape, it's holding the weight on my shoulder or the side straps are uncomfortable and I spend the first 4 or 5 hours unable to think of anything else.
In my opinion the basic shape categories (full on top/full on bottom, center full/side full, projected/shallow, conical/pendulous) are more worth to talk about. And the right sizing is also very important. Like other said, I don't think you are a B cup, but a UK DD or E cup if you wear a proper band size.
Informative and fun! Thanks. CHI. Your content is so original and helpful! After years of trying, I finally found a couple that are comfortable and flattering for me. I bought several for each type in nude , so they can go with any top and won't run out for a while. After watching your video, I feel like I have more choices and don't need to worry about running out of stock. Thank you!
Thank you.hard to find this kind of video that talks about best bra for your breast shape..you are becoming my fave now because your channel discusses wide range of ideas about fashion. You're smart and have a sense of humor too
This was a very interesting approach to bra fitting. My lolas are very wide at the base (no matter the size), like almost beginning mid way armpit, so I've learned to choose bras that have a more open underwire, instead of a very tight U underwire shape (4:05 and 4:31 for example, are big no-no's for me).
Same here! I have a very wide base even after I had a reduction from E cup to C cup. The base won’t change. Often have to try which underwire will work. And also talking a bigger cup and smaller underwidth helps( i am now 75C but rather take 70D
That's exactly it with me too! Im a D cup with a very wide base as well and I'm still looking for bras that have a wide underwire while not being too big on top.
I'm so thankful I stumbled onto your channel! I have an apple body and I've completely changed my wardrobe at 37yrs old and it's literally made me feel so confident I started working out and eating right and I'm down from a size 16/17 to a 11/12! I came across one of your videos on how to dress for your body shape and I took your advice! I bought something that was completely out of my comfort zone. "flare style, high waisted" dressy pants to wear on a job interview and after 1 year of looking for a job consistently - I was offered the position before I left the interview! I felt like I looked great, I exuded confidence and let my amazing personality seal the deal! I've never felt "comfortable" in clothes, my whole damn life I thought it was just me and everybody else looks comfortable so there is something wrong with me! You've opened my eyes and I'm so grateful. I sent back and bought a pair of the same pants I wore to interview in every color!! Hahaha But it's weird they have shrunk in the washer and don't look as stunning 😒. I thought about taking them back? I didn't even place them in dryer when washed because I was so afraid this would happen! Yesterday I watched your video on proper underwear for body style and I'll be trying my first pair of "high waist high leg cut" ( I believe that's what you recommend) soon! You've made such an impact on my life and I can never repay you.
You didn't cover mine. They're narrow but full (36 DDD/G). I've lost around 40 pounds during the pandemic; my breasts have stayed the same size, but my back fat is way down. Underwires don't work for me because they're bigger than my "girls," and because they're as big as they are, minimizers are often a blessing, especially if I'm wearing a blouse. When you're my size, as long as the "girls" stay put, you don't worry about looking "sexy," but worry more about guys having conversations with the "girls" instead of with *you*. I also tend to have cleavage in my bras because trying to find a bra that fits and doesn't have underwires is impossible. Bras that just smoosh me in, such as many sports bras, don't work.
Pro tip for those of us larger than a C cup but looking for the comfort of a bralette (without uniboob) the size range could be a little more inclusive, but overall if you’re anywhere from an A to a DDD I’ve found a lot of luck with the line of bralettes from Parade (specifically the triangle style). They have a specific plus line for people with a larger cup size that comes with thicker straps and a thicker bottom band and it actually gives you good shape. I was wearing it under a tee shirt and I swear it looked like I was wearing a normal bra underneath without sacrificing my comfort, not to mention cute colors/patterns.
breast sizes have always confused me bc i wear a 34DD/32E bra but they’re not the stereotypical big size, in the mirror id guess they were to look like Cs. so i’ve always been confused when bra shopping LOL but thank you for this ❤️
I've watched this many times and again im so greatful for this video in particular. Thank you so much esp bc our breast change over the years. Im in my mid 30s and ive def had a big change already! Not so perky any more and this has lead to a very different shape. Ive change my preference in bras.
You should make another video showing how each bras look on each type of women breasts . And show each bra from the store. And how it looks when they are wearing it on for each type. Please make more of these videos! So helpful for me. Thank you for addressing this issue . 🥰💕
No matter what kind of bra I try, they all either make my boobs look weird or are just plain uncomfortable. Thing is, I'm a chubby woman with A, on a good day, B cups. They also have no volume to them and are far apart, essentially they look like the kind you'd expect on an obese man. Nothing seems to work, and going braless is both uncomfortable and horrible with my clothing, I just look totally flat and everything gaps. I've given up at this point and wear children's section bralettes but it's not a feminine shape at all. I'm not going to lie and say that I didn't wish I looked more womanly....
do you live near a target? I love the auden line of bras (they had undies too). while I am bigger chested (DD), I often see so many cute auden brand bras at target that make me wanna weep because they would not be good for bigger breast, but they would be excellent for an a or b cup. They have both with a wire and without. I suggest looking at that brand if you haven't (and they only run about 12-15 dollars each)
As I've got older and finally lost weight I really struggle. My breasts are far apart, lost volume through menopause and I seem to have more spill tissue than boobs. The struggle is real😭
This is an important video. I always hated demi bras because I spill out over the top. They're for a breast that is less full on top. I thought it was me.
You are so helpful. I totally get why I've has so much trouble fitting my changing breasts over the years. Balconette and molded fit me so well now and that crossback and centered straps types are so uplifting. I just have to watch my materials so i don't become too sweaty.
Agree!! I’m a DD but very shallow across the top, and most full-cup bras stand out from my chest at the upper edge by the time the lower part fits right. I could carry everything from my purse up there… haha
I was recommended this video. I didn’t think I could learn anything from this video because I already have my favorite shaped bra, I buy all the time. Turns out I now know why I really love my balconette bra’s
no additional pads for more volume, because the bust can not "breathe", but the "stick on bras" are the best, although there is foil stuck on it, and are not breathable at all... this is too much for me. i'm out.
I had to go measure my girls because I wasn't sure of the size, they turned out to be a 36B cup, and I totally agree with you. If you don't really want to make them look bigger bralettes are the best! And they are also so pretty if you go for the lace ones, I loved the video ✨
Never buy a bra without trying it, it can look cool on a manekin, but not necessarily on your body. No matter how much padding or bones there is in the bra, if you wear the right size, the bra is comfortable. Also bra in right size and shape can release you from headaches.
It’s very hard for me.. im 5’1, short waisted, 34G, full round breast, but i’m extremely self conscious about how big they are. im a teenager and they’ve been big since i was 12, i was bullied for it and picked on a lot. so my go to bra has always been a sports bra.. 3 sizes too small. even now i still wear super tight sports bras just to try making them look smaller. every source tells me i need to wear underwire or very cup-ee bras but they make me feel extremely uncomfortable because of how much they define the shape and size of each breast. But i also struggle with my chest looking like it’s 90% of my body due to my short waist.. they hang so low, im tired of doing the scoop and lift thing. i need a bra that pushes them up, holds them up, makes them look smaller while being complete full coverage.. idk if that even exists 😭
Can feel your pain Am 4'11 but all attention goes to my breasts and i was way too self conscious about it, like people regularly point out how big they are as if I don't know already. I still am but nowadays most of the time i feel like it is as it is and ma still struggling to find the correct bra size hope one day we can grow out of it , when people will actually notice us before our breasts🤍 I
I'm 26 and i'm still struggling to find something that will work for me, where the straps won't fall off my small shoulders and where my back won't hurt. Thanks for the video
I'm a G cup at 15 years old and I have no idea what my shape is. My doctor adviced me to get a reduction as soon as I can (when I'm 18) and well I guess I will but I'm afraid it won't match the rest of my rather curvy body anymore
Thank you so much for the tipps. What I noticed about trying on bras is, that whenever I try on foreformed cups, no matter the size, they spill out on the side. So I only ever use bras with lace or other soft materials since they shape around my breasts and not the way round. And I realized, I like full cup bras better than any other. Since I have Turner's syndrome, I have a funnel chest and to find any bra that really fits great, is the holy grail for me.
As a wide set b/c cup, the sticky bra was best for bringing in my girls together! I never had cleavage until I wore that bra! Be careful with sweating though. It will unstick haha.
You made something uniqly informative and useful. It took me more than 10 years to find a fitting bra shape. And I am not joking - it was a long and tiring journey. I am number 4 and wearing exactly the type you recommend for it. Minimizers are not my thing though - make you sweat and uncomfy in general😅
8 minutes to discovered... The same I've always known. The thing is that it is really hard to find bras of my size (38 DD). And it's even more difficult to find non-padded and unwired bras
Glad you also include bigger and fuller breasts. I had a bra fitting a few months ago and found out i bought my bras too big. This is very helpful in finding what works for your size and type so thank you for that. Might have to revisit this video if I get a breast reduction!
In my country we dont have differences between band size and cup size, so that sucks. I found out recently I was wearing the wrong size bra - a size or two UNDER (depending on the model of the bra) Thankfully, I already know the right bra shape, thanks to this video for confirming it too, but I really do wish we had more inclusive bra sizes in my country...
I've always had big breasts, and unfortunately for me it's the first place I gain weight and the last place I lose it. Some would call it a blessing, but when bras start costing around $100+ it's not so fun anymore. I think, according to your video, that my shape is round and full. I recently ran into the issue that no bras that I can find in lingerie stores or anywhere else really fit me. I always kinda spill over the edge no matter the shape. The last person who helped me said it's because I don't have a lot of 'side boob' that needs to be pulled forward. All my stuff is already in the front. So bigger bras typically end up rubbing me underneath my arms, causing discomfort. I am currently using bras that have no inlays or padding of any sort. I don't know if it's because of the slight misfit or what it is, but they all wear out in the span of a couple of months. Meaning they all try to stab me with the wire poking out from somewhere during that time. Any tips?? 😅😅
Have you tried adding bra pads to the center inside of your breasts? If you try that on a bra you're already wearing, it might give you more natural padding under your arms? (Basically to try the opposite of what lots of bras do- trying to push them in together. Actually try to push them out a bit. I would try at the bottom inside first [If breasts were square, at the bottom inside corner]. But with the pads there it will still look full. Hope this helps!
I think you need better bras than what are in regular department/lingerie stores if they are wearing out that fast. I would suggest trying a bra from a European company that specializes in larger size bras, they tend to be better made and last longer than ones from North American companies.
I’ve recently found that 4:08 these are very comfortable for my defalted boobs! It doesn’t give cleavage or round them perfectly, but they are very breathable and the underwire gives you good support to make them look less saggy :)
Being naturally large busted, I was limited to certain types of bras. The cute bras were made for the smaller sizes and good luck finding anything at Victoria Secrets for DD +. I had to go to Lane Bryant, but they all looked like old lady crap and were to big for me around. I needed a 38-40 DD, but they carried normally anything above 50. Once I find a bra I like, I get about 2-3 at once. I actually found some sports bras that fit. Had to order out of a cataloge. Most places don't carry for the size I need. Sucks.
The one thing I would add, is try on the bra for comfort. Don't necessarily go by the ''measure yourself to get the right bra size'' videos either. I am a 43" underbust and a 53" overbust, but have found that a 38" band is the best fit for me (and bear in mind that EVERY make is a different size, you can't say make A and make C have the same sizing, even though they claim they do). I have recently found some really cheap supermarket bras that have turned out to be the most comfortable (and affordable) ones to wear, and if the cup coverage isn't what you want, change it yourself. I purchased some cheap knickers from a discount store in nude, cut the right shape out of double thickness fabric and tacked it onto the top of the bras. Instant full coverage meaning the otherwise too small cup now fits. First time an underwired bra has actually been wearable for long periods of time.
I have some advice for women with my breast shape - mine are not SUPER close together but still comparatively close. Somehow that doesn’t really work great with Balconette Bras, I can always feel the wires cutting into my tissue at the center. Which is why I love Plunge and Demi Bras, as well as the traditional T-Shirt Bras. Anything that lightly pushes my breasts together is more comfortable to me because it follows my natural shape, whereas Balconette Bras don’t necessarily push my breasts together, just upwards and slightly apart. It was a sad revelation for me but still a valuable one - even though I always thought Balconettes looked absolutely beautiful on other women - they aren’t for me. So my advice for all people with breasts is - don’t try to work against it. If you don’t feel comfortable, it might not be for you, and that’s fine. Ultimately, with a bit of experience (and that kinda sucks, because I would have loved a short guide beforehand), you will find out what you feel most confident and comfortable with. Even my advice is just advice from my own experience. I hope it helps, but in the end, we all have to find out by ourselves.
I have always loved the look of Balconette style bras but they were always uncomfy and the spiral (?) was digging in even though they werent really big. All the errors you have to make to be pro right! 😄 Mine are not wide set, but close set so now I look out for any bra that doesn’t have space between. Its probably a good idea to learn these personalized details for next hunt for good bras. Good for your Wallet.
I tried to explain to someone measuring me for a bra that my breasts don’t have a big space between so I can’t have the spacer. She legit thought I was crazy for saying that “ everyone has space. You’re just buying the wrong size.” Nope. And the wires on the gap dig in, ive even gotten bruises from them.
@@sugoiharris1348 same! I used to be skinnier so when I put on a little extra in that area it was even more obvious that they were close set, but this is not things I ever thought about before recently anyways. I just did a new mistake like a couple weeks ago, I got a new bra on sale that is digging on the sides around the spiral instead. Cant get it right😆. It wasnt expensive though but it seemed so comfy as it doesnt have a spiral only on the sides. I only thought about this being a thing when I got a beautiful dress from a friend of mine that was custom made to her, we were mostly the same but there was too much space between the breasts I just couldnt understand how I could pull it off without flashing majorly. The woman at that store should know these things when its her job to be an expert on fit and sizes.
I didn't learn what type I bra I should be wearing until I was 18 and I couldn't fit into any bra in your standard store. I went to a fancy lingerie store where I was sized without a bra on, I learned I was a 32H and given an underwire unlined bra. Over the years I found a minimizer sports bra that has no underwire (great for high impact) and this year I FINALLY the perfect comfy bralette type lazy bra for at home wear for my body type. Its so hard to find one with a small band and enough cup room.
My husband was laughing at me because I was looking down my shirt through the whole video to figure out my shape. I know now! Thank you! Turns out I was buying right bras for myself. But I didn't base it off of shape...I did it for comfort.
Glad it was helpful, Madalyn!
Same here 😂😘
I'm sitting in living room trying not to look suspicious and find out my shape
I have just found this video so I will be doing the same, perhaps if your husband is considering changing the type of underwear he wears so that the fit is correct and the most confortable for his size/shape you can return the compliment 🥜🍆🤣
I bought mine mostly correct too.
But I tried all the shapes when I was a student. Just coz they were cute.
I really needed this when I was 13. I developed quickly and my mum had passed away then so I had no one to discuss this with. I wore the same one bra for months! It left my breasts sagging down when i wanted them pushed up. I could not go shopping bc i had no money at the time. Thank you for sharing this
Breast sagging is usually hereditary.
I started developing in 4th grade and by 9th grade I had D cups.
@@mistydawn6779 not really. Life style also matter besides age.
Same here. I have worn a 36 DD for as long as I can remember! I never had perky girls. Or even girls that I could get away with not wearing a bra with an outfit or tube top or whatever... I. Had. Grandma. Boobs. From. The. Very. Start. :(
Massage your breast from down pushing upward it will help.
Thank you Debra!
I use a extra pad under the smaller breast. If insurance would pay for breast reduction surgery I would have that done on the larger breast. I’m sure that would be considered cosmetic.
I’m intrigued?! Stretchy cups?🤔 clearly I don’t know anything about bras even at nearly 25!🙈
@@pixiedarvill3940 I'm 46 and I'm surprised that it exists - great Idea -
+ 🙈🙈🙈 for me - 😂
I would add a breast pad to add volume to the smaller breast giving a better fit in my clothes.
Glad it helped!
That’s awesome! I always had this problem until I was around 19 and just stopped wearing bras if I didn’t have work. I still have yet to find something that I like the feel of and doesn’t have this gaping! Glad you’re figuring it out early on
Nothing like a well fitted bra. I had no help, and just grew up hating my boobs and myself. It sure helped when I finally found the right bra!
what type of bra you use?
Love this!
Thank you for the comment, I also have the teardrop and didn't know whom to talk to about this. It's very comforting to know I'm not the only one
Same here fam, I have saggy, tear drop shaped boobs and it's not that nice to look at it, it's not that I didn't wear the correct size and I don't know the exact reason behind this but it's comforting to know that I'm not alone with this werid issue😂
@@heisamushroom true...guess that makes me feel better too :)
@@heisamushroom Omg same! I thought something was wrong with me
I was a J cup (and I’m petite!) but had a reduction last year, when my pain was so bad it was forcing me on pain pills.
Thanks for sharing your experience. Sounds like you’re a lot more comfortable now.
Hi can I ask for details like, how old you are, and where in the world, how did much did you have to pay? I am so uncomfortable with 36 38k, all underwired and digging in.
Wow I'm so happy for you! I really hope I can get a breast reduction this year too
Man. I need a breast reduction. I've been a 36 DD or a 36 H since before high school and I'm 40 now and have given birth 4 times. I-yi-yi!
As an A cup, it took me years to discover balconette was the best. Then I discovered push-up bras and now, I wear camisoles with cups and bralettes with some padding. I have learned to love what I've got regardless of size or shape. Thanks for sharing Chi!!!
👏Brava! It makes me so happy to hear you love what you’ve got! I wish more people could see there’s no “ideal” & everyone is unique & should be!
As a fellow a-cupper, i agree that a balconette especially a padded one is the best. Going braless also mostly works
Push-up bras were a lifesaver for me, they make me look less flat and look better on most tops :3
Glad it was helpful!
I’m with you. Lace is itchy!!
It sounds like you're also wearing the wrong size bra. If your underwire is pushing out in the centre your band might be too big or cup too small.
@@Radiant_Allomancer I guess the cups are too deep for you, like oranges in a glass. Use Bratabase to try a shallower brand.
Ma'am... Where have you been these passed 4 years? The exercise and one-day-you-will moments, are now solved. Thank youuu!
Glad it was helpful, Bea!
@@mamajo1515 H&M does 32 A, B and C. Maybe even D but not sure.
@@mamajo1515 I feel for you! I had the same struggles for years as well until I found out I need a smaller band size and a actually bigger cup size.
I totally agree!
Hi which type u wear?
Gives more support
I agree!
Same. I can understand the visual appeal, but I feel very uncorfortable and do prefer keep them separated
@@tatioliveira8598 I’m actually the opposite, while it can be uncomfortable I prefer it because of the support it gives.
Love your humorous way of tackling this problem that actually helps a woman 👩🏻 to be gorgeous...
I’ve opted to sports bras and bralettes only for the past 6+ years because I couldn’t figure out why I had so much gapping at the top. I will give your recommendations a try. Thank you!
Me too!
Sounds like I have the same boobs as you do! I’m gonna go buy a balconette right now.
Thanks for your comment.
Glad it was helpful!
Glad you like them!
Thank for sharing, SLM! Glad you liked it!
Thank you for sharing Sandra!
So true!
How r u?
Happy new year
U there?
Glad you liked it!
@Xochiti Sandoval what bra brands do you buy and from where? I am 32H and cannot find bras that fit right
Thanks! I have never had such a detailed explanation of sizeand breast shapes. Bravo for suggesting the proper types of bras and why they work best. I appreciate you
Why do why do my straps fall off my shoulders?
you are so not toxic, no judgment, thank you
As a DD/E cup, I never found a sticky bra that works. Some say they do, but they don’t. Some manufacturers are honest, admitting they only work for up to a B cup, and best for A.
Or even a C cup, sticky bras only work if you have average size breasts.
Same with me, I have a 95D in Spanish /French size, and is so uncomfortable
Like Chi says it depends on what you look you want for your breast. I'm a 42/44H and I what I want from a bra is for my breast to be more together than separate so I choose to buy the Misses Kisses bra. I also tried those backless strapless adhesive bras which you can find in an E cup on Amazon but don't expect any type of lift from them. I do like to use them inside of a strapless bra together for the lift and create cleavage.
Yep! I’m a 30E-32DD or E (depends on brand) & the biggest cup I could find when they came out ages ago was a D, nope, didn’t even stay in place😕.
@@comkver - Good idea putting inside a strapless bra! I actually get bruised on my breast bone wearing strapless or high cut bras so this might help cushion, thanks for the idea!
This is the most amazing and comprehensive video on bras I’ve ever watched. I now have great guidance to get the right bra. Thanks!
Glad you liked it!
thank you for this! i recently lost 80 pounds and couldn’t figure out why my chest started to look so weird; i needed a new bra! thank you 🥰🥰
Congrats on your achievement!!
I love the new Bali bras, no wires like a sports bra but more comfortable, silky feel. Kohls has a big variety.
I always wore molded bras because I worked with male clients in sometimes cold conditions & we all know what happens! Now that I’m retired, I purchase unlined bras which are so much more comfortable! I have also cut out that molded cup from favorite bras & am perfectly happy with them.
Thanks for sharing Grace!
OMG same. I only buy molded cups to avoid nipple gate. 😆
When I bought my first unlined bra, I bought silicone nipple covers to wear with it to keep my nipples from poking through
This was FANTASTIC! I am 53 and I STILL never know what bra to get!!!! This is SO helpful!!!!!
Glad you liked it!!
It makes a huge difference to wear a right size bra. Thank you for the video. I learned a few tips
Glad it was helpful, Mary!
Thank you for making this video Chi, really a whole world for the "girls"
I call mine "twins" :D I noticed that my size seem to depend a lot as well on the brand and type of bra.
So glad to hear Eva!
Why not calling them what they are? Breasts.
you can also be a combination of different shapes. i an wide set but small, so i‘ll look into a combination of both and try out the styles of bras. i‘m looking forward to summer and feeling good with my choices
Thank you Gail! This is so helpful to know!
If you're short-waisted, check out Jules Beth on TH-cam. She's great.
I'm also about 5'2 and I'm a 32DDD as well. At stores they've had me put on a pushup bra before and it just looks like my whole upper body is bra/breast at that point lmao
YES!!! you covered my shape. BEST video I've seen in years. Love the sense of humor. Thank you.
Thanks for sharing, Ama Eve! Glad it was helpful!
Thank you Stephanie! So glad to hear!
@@PetiteDressing there's one you left out, and they are called the extra large type, the heavy breast, and I don't recommend underwires because they poke and cut into the flesh. I recommend no underwires because you can still get support without those painful underwires. They really don't support you, they just cause you pain.
I'm either an O or P cup size, and you do not have to have underwires to support you.
@@khadijabey7964 what brands do you recommend?
@@julieme7927 jeunique brand bras because these traditional bras are NOT comfortable, not for me anyway.
What country do you live in?
Exactly. I'm a 40M. There are literally 2 bras available in the UK that I can wear. They are both 42L, I don't get to choose the shape.
Thanks for sharing! Glad you liked it!
Agreed...I only wear athletic bra if I feel like I need extra support.
I know that's right. Just have some support, without going through the pain of it all.
Oh those wired bras, especially when the wire comes out and poke in the skin tissue.
@@nightshadegiggle yeah, it makes me cry just thinking about it.
Thank you!
Glad it was helpful, Alice!
Thank you.hard to find this kind of video that talks about best bra for your breast shape..you are becoming my fave now because your channel discusses wide range of ideas about fashion. You're smart and have a sense of humor too
Thank you so much, Regi! Glad you like them!
Thanks Chi! One thing that drives me crazy is the size variation between brands!
Omg. A website that has my size im so happppppy frfr the struggle for petite clothing has been a ride thank you ❤
You're welcome! 💖
Hahaha
But it's weird they have shrunk in the washer and don't look as stunning 😒.
Thank you, Crystal! I really appreciate you taking the time to express that. I am happy to hear you feel that way ❤️
You didn't cover mine.
Have you tried the r/ABraThatFits? Helped me realize that I wasn’t a 38DDD, I’m a 36G! They also have resources for different shapes
When the push-up bra doesn't have anything to push.
Thanks for sharing, Maya!
I am 5'10" but I love your videos!! I love how you explain different body types without judgement
Judgement never helped anyone
Awesome video... I've never seen shape and how to choose for it so in-depth before. Great job! 💕🌹
breast sizes have always confused me bc i wear a 34DD/32E bra but they’re not the stereotypical big size, in the mirror id guess they were to look like Cs. so i’ve always been confused when bra shopping LOL but thank you for this ❤️
You're welcome! ❤️
I've watched this many times and again im so greatful for this video in particular. Thank you so much esp bc our breast change over the years. Im in my mid 30s and ive def had a big change already! Not so perky any more and this has lead to a very different shape. Ive change my preference in bras.
Aw! I'm so glad to hear that, lovely! ❤️ I hope this video helped you 🥰
You should make another video showing how each bras look on each type of women breasts .
I bet you look gorgeous, like the old carvings of fertility goddesses ☺️ one of the most womanly shapes a person can be
I love women's bralettes with a little padding. They usually come with a size range which I like.
do you live near a target? I love the auden line of bras (they had undies too). while I am bigger chested (DD), I often see so many cute auden brand bras at target that make me wanna weep because they would not be good for bigger breast, but they would be excellent for an a or b cup. They have both with a wire and without. I suggest looking at that brand if you haven't (and they only run about 12-15 dollars each)
I always go with padded sports bras with removable pads. They’re easy to wash and comfortable to wear for those with sensitive nipples
As I've got older and finally lost weight I really struggle. My breasts are far apart, lost volume through menopause and I seem to have more spill tissue than boobs. The struggle is real😭
What a fun way of making a video, really, I laugh a lot and got informed at the same time
This is an important video.
Balconett works fine for bigger sisters. Just need the right size so you not spill over
Agree!! I’m a DD but very shallow across the top, and most full-cup bras stand out from my chest at the upper edge by the time the lower part fits right. I could carry everything from my purse up there… haha
This is the BEST explanation of breast shapes and the bras that better suit them. Thank you!
I was recommended this video. I didn’t think I could learn anything from this video because I already have my favorite shaped bra, I buy all the time. Turns out I now know why I really love my balconette bra’s
no additional pads for more volume, because the bust can not "breathe", but the "stick on bras" are the best, although there is foil stuck on it, and are not breathable at all... this is too much for me. i'm out.
I am always in the store trying on what the salesperson is recommends and it's not always a good shopping experience
You chose Exactly the Bra styles I Love & Need, but I Can’t find them in My SIZE, EVER! 😞🥺
Too bad, many places do not let you try Bras before purchase.
Thank you SO MUCH for this comprehensive video! It helped me realize what I needed to change, and I am in much less pain now! Subscribed!
You're welcome, Jessica! Glad it was helpful!
Can feel your pain
Am 4'11 but all attention goes to my breasts and i was way too self conscious about it, like people regularly point out how big they are as if I don't know already. I still am but nowadays most of the time i feel like it is as it is and ma still struggling to find the correct bra size hope one day we can grow out of it , when people will actually notice us before our breasts🤍

This explains why balconettes fit me better than any other bra I've ever had. They are just so much more comfortable for me
I'm 26 and i'm still struggling to find something that will work for me, where the straps won't fall off my small shoulders and where my back won't hurt.

The algorithm is following me into the bathroom, looking at me in the mirror and listening to my private thoughts
I’m rounded and full and loooove balconette, my girls look gorgeous!! And by no means I’d want them to get smaller btw, they’re absolutely perfect
Great tips always. When I purchase clothes, I like to refer back to your videos😁
Love that!
Glad you also include bigger and fuller breasts. I had a bra fitting a few months ago and found out i bought my bras too big. This is very helpful in finding what works for your size and type so thank you for that. Might have to revisit this video if I get a breast reduction!
Glad you like it!
In my country we dont have differences between band size and cup size, so that sucks.
I found out recently I was wearing the wrong size bra - a size or two UNDER (depending on the model of the bra)
Thankfully, I already know the right bra shape, thanks to this video for confirming it too, but I really do wish we had more inclusive bra sizes in my country...
Glad you liked it!
What country is that so I avoid it?
Also a good idea to question if you even want to wear a bra at all.
Just a reminder: you don't need to.
@@deawallach3404 I live in Denmark and typically shop in a store that stocks larger sizes. Do you have any brand/company reccomendations?
@@KittyRAWR1991 tried sports?
Sucks.
Thanks for sharing, Amy!

Thanks for you useful tips.
You're welcome! 😊
Mine are not wide set, but close set so now I look out for any bra that doesn’t have space between.
U do workout?
I never really got bras that's comfortable to me, at times my girls feels really painful, I just got the solution now. Thank you
I didn't learn what type I bra I should be wearing until I was 18 and I couldn't fit into any bra in your standard store.
