The flooding caused damage to their homes, ruining their expensive furniture etc. and is also a health hazard, especially for kids who could get meningitis, and there are lot of flies etc. She’s calling for the contractor to come and sort out the situation and is demanding justice for all those affected in Sunlight Street, Kingston 13!

She has the skin color like an African, but she is not African. She has the lilting, beautiful accent of an Jamaican queen, but she's not Jamaican. She states her birthplace as Jamaica (since she born from her muddah), but she's not Jamaican. Last, she cannot pass as Latino, European, Asian, Middle Eastern or anything else. Than what the fuck is she?
Question 1: What subgroup of the human race is she?
Question 2: What the fuck are you smoking? Either you're high as a kite or dumb as a doorknob. Stop trying to sound educated, you stupid son-of-a-bitch. If you can't back up your statements with evidence and/or commonsense, shut the fuck up.
The woman said she was born there. That makes her a citizen of Jamaica, both by her parents and by being born of the soil. How dumb are you?

I just love listening to accented women from all over the world. So far my favorites are Southern US., Swahili, Caribbean like this one, British, Irish, French, Scottish, and I also like the nearly dead civil war era stereotypical Ebonic speaking Mammy accent. Like Hattie McDaniel from Gone With the Wind.
"If you don't care what folks says about dis family I does! I is told ya and told ya that you can always tell a lady by the way she eat in front of folks like a bird. And I ain't aimin' for you to go to Mr. John Wilkenson's and eat like a field hand and gobble like a hog!" - Mammy (Gone With the Wind)
