    Yuneec Breeze of the 3 is probably the best choice!

    Thanks for making this great comparison video. Aside from being selfie drones, these are portable drones that can be carry around easy.

    With the Dobby did you buy an extended kit as you got 2 batteries, prop guards and ND filter which I didn't think was included in the base model. Thanks.

    I really love the Dobby, it's perfect to just put in your pocket and (as a quick traveler) take a few pictures of a nice view/selfie. The only thing I still not sure about is the quality of the Canada pictures (don't talk about video just picture at the moment). Would u say it can make good enough quality pictures or am I going to look bad with a few pixels?

    I have all three of these drones and this is by far the worst review I’ve seen, the hover is terrible at everything and it’s selling point is the folding ability and that’s it.
    The breeze is constantly in jello mode unless you really take your time with and stay away from any wing.
    You want a perfect pocket drone go get the Dobby it’s by far the winner here I’ve never seen anyone say otherwise.

      I would have to disagree about the Dobby drone.. the battery life completely sucks... Five minutes of flight time at the most...I crashed my drone one time from about 70 ft and it never flew again obviously... Having said that it is a great drone when in the air. The camera is mediocre...but it is extremely stable and the return to home function works flawlessly...I don't feel it's worth the price of $300

    Familiar only with the Yuneec Breeze....great little drone for the money (199US)...has a lot of adjustments in the software...cam,range.etc. that weren't explored...no connectivity issues with either android phone or ipad....I also have a DJI P3 that I use, .but for different circumstances...

    You kinda missed a few details on how to configure dobby in order to get better image quality. Switching to sticks instead of safe sticks lets you control how fast does it move and helps a lot when using EIS.
    I have to agree with the jelly effect, but you got an ND filter which helps with that (mine didnt, had to order it via aliexpress).
    So yeah, i guess i still prefer dobby rather than breeze just for the form factor. Guess the Breeze could work better for video if transporting it isnt an issue

    Great video guys, first proper comparison between the 3. They just seem a little expensive for what you are getting.
    Hopefully you can do something similar with the new Mavic Spark when it appears, because it that's at a reasonable price point, these 3 might as well be pack up and go home. 😀

    • @WeTalkUAV
      @WeTalkUAV  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for the comment. These drones can not be compared with Mavic in any way. It's like comparing donkey with spaceship. Also I feel that Spark will be a real killer in that category.

    • @stephenrobinson4100
      @stephenrobinson4100 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Spark is over 250 g ... that is the key that allows Dobby and Hover to excel. Breeze is also over 250 g if I recall.

      the walmart near me has batteries for $20 ha! Too bad the geofence stops you at 100m otherwise it would be a great drone.

    I just can't come up with a scenario where I would rather have a selfie drone over a full sized drone. Maybe if the cameras were better on these small drones it would be way more useful for me. I thought the video and picture quality was disappointing on all three drones. Maybe I am missing the point of these drones.

    • @rokah1391

      To be honest i'd rather have one of that than phantom 4 even if i can aford it or if i have to choose for free . (worst part with drone is to deploy it or carry it with you specially if you travel) .
      The dobby had a great success , they will release dobby ai then dobby 2 and i would totally buy dobby 2 (tilted camera better battery , better stab & camera)) I use drone to add special sequence into a montage , i dont use it for adding a 10 min video into my vlog travel montage . So i will never bring phantom 4 in my travel since it's too big (for example)

    • @NewZonaRides
      @NewZonaRides 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I guess if you need something real small. A Mavic is just to big?

    • @JustinKrausePhotos
      @JustinKrausePhotos 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mavic is still too big when I'm travelling on planes with 2 professional camera bodies, 5 L-series lenses, macbook and accessories in my carry-on luggage which is why I'm hoping the dobby is ok for just personal travel vlogs.

    • @rokah1391

      Btw they are going to release June-July Zerotech dobby Ai wich is a dobby 1.5 (next dobby is planned to be dropped in december). They are also going to release a "mavic killer " wich look like exactly the same but will be half of his price. And yeah the struggle xd 2 dslr 3 lens + a portable 3 axis gimbal + gopro + tripod . I'm working in esport event , and i dont like to let my sttuff in the press room or to let too much thing at hotel room (fuck if only i picked this). All for that to say that i can think that any brand are gonna release a really portable "selfie " drone in the 2 years comming . Even apple i think are working on that . People want picture or video they took while they travel on social media, not gonna put a "look at my drone shot for 10 min !".

    You could not lift the breeze up higher beacause you have to go to the settings and change the limit of how far the breeze can go to

    What would you get a phantom 3 pro or the hover camera ?

    • @WeTalkUAV
      @WeTalkUAV  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Phantom 3 Pro is better than hover in every single way, if you don't mind that it's bigger

    • @anonymous134y
      @anonymous134y 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      depends what you are doing with it. They are 2 completely different drones. Hover camera is more of a selfie stick than a drone for instant pics/videos. Basically, every other drone is a hassle in this aspect: take out the big drone, pair it with your phone/controller, put the drone on the ground and take lift off.
      Passport drone can basically be used anywhere a selfie stick can whereas the other drone have better shots and do everything better but can't fly everywhere. I have a Mavic and everywhere is starting to ban drones, making it a hassle to get good shots since I only use it for travelling.
      The really only selling feature of the hover camera is its portability and the fact you can take a pic/video and have it back in your pocket within 5 seconds. Perfect for travellers that want that selfie, even in those restricted zones.

    Did you even run the updates, also don't fly these like a full size drone, they are selfie drones. They serve their purpose, also learn how to use image stablization. Sorry IMO poor interview, learn the drones then review them. All three are equally great for what they are designed for.
