Vey cool! As a tip, you don't need supports in small holes like you have for the magnets! The printer is able to just bridge across the overhang area and then you don't have to deal with the post-processing!
Beautiful design work! Have you explored capturing the magnets in the part as it prints? It's something I've been having fun with and it makes it to where you wouldn't even be able to tell a magnet is there. I model in a slip fit chamber for the magnet, and program a pause in the slicer right before the layer that will close it. Then you just plop your magnet in and it will print right over it.
Lovely keyboard, thought it was the zoom65 for a moment. It's funny, I didn't realise how much storage I'd be printing or how many videos of storage being printed I would end up watching, when started this journey.
Excellent job filming this video! I really like your format, impressive camera takes and edits! I hope we will see many more of these videos covering your 3d printed projects! I would love to see basic breakdown of using Fusion360 and basic process of working with multiple files, ie how one moves objects around and how to setup and do the basic steps of showing in fusion the working and fitted models.
Great vid! if you wanted a slightly cleaner way to inlay the magnets then look into methods of inlaying them inside the print themselves. If you can add a pause to your g code its super easy to pause the print right before their hole gets covered, slot them in and then have the printer cover them up for a seamless look!
looks like the cat did all the work! i love how this turned out. the magnets are a nice touch, and i like the idea of inserting them in from the side. i need to make something like this for my 3D printing tools!
Great videography (those timelapses were mesmerising) and the whole design was great. Surprised to see such high quality from such a small channel - keep them coming! Subbed :)
Love the video and the kit for sure! I'm curious if there was some space to save underneath. Maybe doing a flip tray that has some tools on both sides, just an idea. Thanks for sharing the build!
Amazing video! Respect for the great design and beautiful shots. Really makes me want to do something like this as well but I also know all the work that went into this...
This is amazing! Thanks for sharing! I love the style and that crisp and satisfying time lapse! What is your print area on your ender? And how long it took to print?
Nice build. I would've gone the gridfinity way though, there are parametric gridfinity available. You could then merge your toolbox with other drawers, etc all within the gridfinity system.
Came out great! Well done. Is there any reasons you didn't go with the gridfinity version of that parametric box? You could have made everything gridfinity compliant so you could place them in drawers when you're not moving them! Either way great project
I have been planning to do the exact same thing. Watching your video gave me tons of inspiration! Your production quality is crazy for such a small channel; I'm sure your channel will go very far. Also, if you don't mind me asking, where/how did you learn Autodesk Fusion?
could you share the files for the Vessel screwdriver and it's 3 bits? I have the same one and I would like to print an organizer for it. Thank you very much!

The fit and magnets are too good, great project

WOAHHH I love this design, especially the magnet connection between the hex key's holder and the screwdriver case!! Amazing work mate!!!
Got to love when functional items also match the aesthetic. 👌🏻
Great model and print!
Fantastic project! The way everything fits together is magnificent
Love the design and implementation. Feels like something SYJ would make!
Great video, though i noticed the large screwdriver link is also the Matte filament.

thanks! that's a good idea I'll try it out next time
Great project. Very enjoyable to watch 👏🏻👏🏻
Awesome work....its so clean and functional. What program do you use to design your 3d prints....Great work.

It's so satisfying when it fits perfectly, haha. Great video
This is a great project, most excellent work !
Love the timeplases of the printing
Amazing job. Prints like this are I got into 3d printing in the first place.
Great videography (those timelapses were mesmerising) and the whole design was great. Surprised to see such high quality from such a small channel - keep them coming! Subbed :)
Very nicely made. Great work.
This video reminds me a lot of Scott Yu-Jan, not sure if you drew inspiration there but regardless high quality content and a great final product!
Respect !!!!!!! great design !!!!!!!!!
Love the video and the kit for sure! I'm curious if there was some space to save underneath. Maybe doing a flip tray that has some tools on both sides, just an idea. Thanks for sharing the build!
Nice work! I have an Ender 3 that I've never used sitting in a closet. Dumb question but did you print the boxes on the same printer?
Yep i printed them on the ender as well my only printer atm
@@matthewlim88 thanks!
This video has such a professional look, earned a subscriber from me
Amazing video! Respect for the great design and beautiful shots. Really makes me want to do something like this as well but I also know all the work that went into this...
Personally I'd say some attachment points for elastic strapping for both ease of lifting, and securing tools in place could be useful.
very nice job
That looks really great
This is amazing! Thanks for sharing! I love the style and that crisp and satisfying time lapse!
What is your print area on your ender? And how long it took to print?
I've set the print area to 210mm×210mm and took about 3 days to print everything
This is so cool! You're underrated and deserve more attention
Great video! Could you share how much filament was needed for the whole build?
I had around 2/3 filament left even after some prototyping so around 200g of the grey filament
Very well done. Awesome job!
Nice choice in tools.
You need to fix the z axis ...there is a wobble....layer lines are so clear ....but awesome video
Nice build. I would've gone the gridfinity way though, there are parametric gridfinity available. You could then merge your toolbox with other drawers, etc all within the gridfinity system.
wow, this is really cool!
whats the tolerance on those press fit magnets?
Around 0.2mm but I had to do some trial and error😅
This is so cool! ✨
Great video, keep going. Looking forward to the next one!

Oh that sounds nice i should have looked into it more😅
Would've been good if you showed how you actually went about designing your prints (not the box, but the tool mould components).
I have been planning to do the exact same thing. Watching your video gave me tons of inspiration! Your production quality is crazy for such a small channel; I'm sure your channel will go very far.
Also, if you don't mind me asking, where/how did you learn Autodesk Fusion?
I've learnt throughout my robotics projects and youtube tutorials
@@matthewlim88 Awesome! Thanks for replying.
love the content
nice job, how long have you been designing?
Do us use the free version of fusion or paid?
Free version is just fine for this.
@@TheAnoniemo thx
Really like your video style. Might consider doing something like this. I hate talking on camera
nice video! how did you do the 3d printer timelapse? Its so smooth.
Any chance for 3mf or stl files for those of us who can't model for themselves?
Fantastic🎉
could you add a link to your tools under the video? :o that would be awesome
I've added some links in the description!
@@matthewlim88thank you ❤
What software are you using for cad design, please answer
My dream set up ! Its a shame that your printer does this layer shifting...
Yea I need to sort out the layer shifting 😅
Good job
could you share the files for the Vessel screwdriver and it's 3 bits? I have the same one and I would like to print an organizer for it. Thank you very much!
Which fan shroud is that on your ender?
I designed a custom fan shroud as i have a bondtech lgx extruder and revo 3D nozzle
What screwdriver is that at 4:45?
Xiaomi mi precision set
nice job!
WHICH 3D PRINTER AND HOW YOU MAKE YOUR PRINT WITH NO LAYERS VISIBLE OUTSIDE
My modded ender 3v2 and matte filament hides layer lines really well!
What keyboard is that?
Epomaker th80
Quality!

"Okay but how do you close the box without it falling out??"
-opens the box-
"Oh shit friction."
