I was a little concerned when you moved from the left 85 grit wheel to the right 350 grit wheel, it looked like the surface wasn't exactly the same -- the 350 seemed to be cutting a facet into the 85 grit grind. I guess it's not a big deal to slightly change the angle, as long as your cutting edge is consistent. And you'd only notice when reshaping and then putting a finer final grind on.

I also just realized, in watching again, that if the right platform lock isn't positioned exactly the same as the left, front to back, it will change the precise angle of the bevel it cuts, by a degree or two. Again, not really an issue -- they don't have to be perfectly the same, just repeatable to save time and steel.
