A winner in so many ways... heavier cars eat tires for breakfast... lighter cars are so much less money to maintain. heavy cars BLOW through suspension in 20-40k miles if you are driving them hard... No thanks.
What has motor trend come to. I used to enjoy 20 minutes videos and wishing it was longer. Now I find it hard to even sit through 5 minute. Take a look at other car channels. This is not funny.
How about taking all three of those cars and then modifying them with aftermarket bolt on parts (lets say a $10,000 maximum budget in bolt on parts) and then performing this test again?

Please in the name of god, drop Rob from the show, he cant drive , he cant act, he feels fake and out of place. He literally is "where is my skip button" guy. Dax on the other hand is amazing, follows the script too strong sometimes, but he feels natural and he really can drive, its CAR SHOW. Petrolheads show, Jethro is well placed as quick driver guy with knowledge, Dax is maniac with love of power and muscle, Rob is just granddad, who undergrab steering wheel while doing timed lap... fake smiles all the time, says his lines so fake im cringing. Replace him please.

@@swaygfx in the UK there is a great network of fully recognised independent Porsche garages. When a car runs out of warranty then most people use these. Maintenance costs are much lower than you’d think and really not much more than any, what you would call ‘normal’ car. …..I’m not a Porsche salesman honest :-)
