    AOA! Talha. I am 42 and having 22 years highly professional work experience in the most well reputed organisation of Pakistan. Before my retirement from current profession within next few years, i wanted to join lums executive MBA. However, ur video has raised few pertinent doubts in mind. I will be grateful, if we could talk through any suitable via.

    I just wanted to know what kind of skills u will learn in MBA from LuMS
    In finance u could learn some skills like auditing but I don't think that an MBA or BBA teaches us such kinds of skills that can sell online or it is demanding in the next 2050.
    I have done BBA now and am looking forward to doing an MBA.
    In my 4 years . Mujy siraf ya pata chala h k kam time m 9 sy 12 chp kasy rata laga kar paper dyna h bs. Mujy ya nahi smj ati kon s skill h. Ju Phillips kotler ny di h. Asi kon si skills h BBA MBA m ju company walu ku chahiya.
    Marketing, k liye degree ki zarorat nahi kyu. K company siraf os ku hire kary gi ju area k knowledge hu or sale increase kar saky
    auditing karna k liyh siraf experience ki zarorat h.
    Hr k liyh experience ki zarorat h..
    Where is skills here..
    Koi Computer science k degree huti tu smj m ati h k skill Chahiye koi HTML CSss Java nahi easily seek skta time required. marketing sale ki job tu matric pass bi kar skta H. Auditing krna k liyh time required h but es BBA MBA m koi skill nahi h ya siraf ake raty ki degree H.

    Salam talha bhai,
    You have cleared all my doubts by telling the best differences possible between executive and normal MBA..❤️
    I have done my bachelor in Electronics, but didnt get a job, dont have work experience, I have teaching experience of 2 years..
    I am looking to change my field, so in this situation, should I go for MBA?? And also guide me which specialization is the best for jobs in pakistan, Finance or Supply Chain or HRM ???

      Waalaikum Asalam! Yes you should go for an MBA. It will help you make a switch as well as add immense value to your profile. You can decide on MBA specilization during your MBA program. You shouldn't worry about it right now

    I am doing BS (honors) in Accounting & Finance from FAST-LHR (GPA 3.87), I wanted to know from you, what could be the best option for me? MBA-Finance from LUMS? or CFA?, I prefer staying in Pakistan at least for the job, however, could go abroad for masters.

    • @talhaomer167
      @talhaomer167  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      LUMS MBA is more generic and not solely focused on finance. If you want to be in the business of investment/mutual/hedge funds, then LUMS MBA is not a good idea. CFA is much better in that case.

    Talha bhai i did my graduation back in 2016 from uet lahore. My question is regarding that work experience you were talking about. I did my job for 1 year after which i started my own firm related to my field and i am running that firm now. So will this whole experience count? Or do i have to have a proper job experience of 5 years for EMba.

    • @talhaomer167

      I think engineering is a very solid degree for MBA. So complete your engineering and then work for a while like 2-3 years and do an MBA then. It will be the best combination!

    Lums MBA or CA
    which one is better?

    • @talhaomer167
      @talhaomer167  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It depends on your professional endeavours. But in general:
      MBA:
      MBA grads have a wide array of career opportunities including roles in marketing, operations, finance, human resources, etc.
      LUMS MBA is designed to nurture leadership and management skills, preparing graduates for managerial roles.
      MBA often offers substantial networking opportunities, connecting students with alumni and professionals in a range of industries.
      CA:
      CA programs provide deep knowledge and expertise in the field of accountancy.
      The CA qualification is widely recognized and respected globally, especially in Commonwealth countries.
      Generally, pursuing CA is less expensive compared to an MBA LUMS.
      While CA equips you with strong skills in finance and accounting, it may not offer the broad business education that an MBA does.
      The CA curriculum is known for being extremely rigorous, with a significant time commitment and a series of challenging exams.
