For your constipation, try fiber rich foods like lentils, beans peas, some fruit and veggies. I usually eat oats in the morning or granola (sometime I mix the kellogs granola in my oats😂). Drink a lot of water. That usually works best for me. Also plain yoghurt is a great probiotic to improve your gut health if you're looking at more natural options. Gemmer (ginger beer) and other fermented drinks also help your gut cause of the bacteria.
