I adore this plant even after 2 rounds of thrips in 2020 she has stood the test if time for me. She hits all my wants in a plant, she's beautiful, she has the most intense dark suede like foliage, heart shaped leaves melt my heart ❤

I used to live in a basement apartment with 65 plants and no natural light. I used all LEDs. Benji Plants has a very good video about growing plants in areas without natural light.
Could you make a video about plant pots? Where you get them from, different plant stands that help you have plants on different levels around the house ect.
There are these points on my leaves, on my laceleaf anthuriums. They are like impressions, points, like a pencil went on the other side and pressed itself, or like a leaf pimple. The leaves look fine apart from that. Is this an issue? Should I remove the leaves that have this?
Loveeeeeee your videos. Thank you soo much. I had one question abt them. The anthurium clarinervium, do you use neem oil and soap solution in their leaves too to clean and prevent pests? I just got my first anthurium and loveeee the leaves and got so worried abt cleaning them due to the velvet texture. Thank you sooo much ❤️
I probably should use some sort of solution like that to clean their leaves and prevent pests but tbh I don't. If you want to dust them, I suggest using a big clean makeup brush as it works super well for dusting. You can get the leaves wet as long as they are in a ventilated area with airflow. That will help them dry faster

Araceae is the family. - Care is not the same, anthuriums from one end of south America could have drastically different growing conditions than one from another end. - If you plant is kept in a temp, humidity, and light controlled space, what are seasons? The plant has no idea it's winter outside if you're replicating sprint indoors. Fertilize it normally. - The growth speed of your anthurium depends on the breed, some are fast some are slow, depends on the light as well. These are just a few of the egregious issue I have with your video. It really seems like you're just taking anecdotal evidence and presenting them as facts.
I am speaking from my experience and how I take care of my anthuriums as well as from lots of research I've done to help me take care of them. Also the light temp and humidity does change throughout the year in my home because it changes outside and my home is not a 100% sealed space that stays constant. We can do things like use grow lights or humidifiers to minimise those changes but it's not an entire replacement... sounds like you know enough about anthuriums that this video isn't for you, so please move on 😊
Sounds like you know enough to make your own videos, plus all of these are inherent facts. The video producer cares for this subsection of the plants the same so the care is the same. Aroid being a nickname sounds like a picky criticism, and seasons can be recognized by plants with light difference if there aren’t grow lights. This is a great video for sharing info on experience and was said many times in the video. “In my experience…” @goodgrowing you handled this with grace.

Hehe thank you :) Defo give it a go! They tend to be pretty tolerant. Just use your moisture metre and it'll all be okay!

I have the same holes on mines but I bought it that way. I’m now worried because it’s getting yellow dots but I can’t see any pests on it

depends on the brightness of the grow light but typically the inexpensive ones you find on amazon are. bright indirect level
