This song felt like Apollo (B Side) to me. Same intro guitar tone (and maybe even the same key?) with a similar bridge structure. Great track, but I agree with Metalbirb; nothing too new or fresh here.
You should react to "forget the memories the solstice rebirth" this is so underrated song. Unique style of metalcore with a black metal twist if you like to discover new bands I highly recommend this song as an example of the most brutal breakdown of the year :)
to me it was a little bit metalcore fans friendly, for I'm basically into modern prog rock/metal and technical death metal. I think Apollo and other Helix songs have more polytheism based prog metal aspect. I love the part that comes before closing breakdown tho.

Song was ok maybe I just had high expectations seeing as it’s from Crystal Lake. The breakdown was very disappointing if you even want to call it a breakdown at the end. Overall I’d skip over this track on an album. Mephisto by them is so much better and what I expect from these fellas.

i would say it has more similarities to lost in forever which this doesn't surpass by a long shot. Still a cool song though
