I got the titan 10 and mine goes even faster then advertised 😅 fully charged It goes 39miles an hour and I live in Belgium 🇧🇪 Europe it rains everyday even in the summer .. but I'll ride it anyways! Love my titan , I crash it asswell in my third week having it , and splach support team replied to all my messages and helped me aswell , the titan survived the 39miles an hour crash , it wasn't even the titan fault but mine but still driving it !! Still loving it !!😂
u have the simple version 52v 20.8Ah 2x1000w version. With 65kg no wind and flat it should go 37mph. If in display P settings are 10" tires and 15 magnets set, then I guess there is power cutted off from 100 to ~70. And N-Soft option on.
U stole that scooter if they told you they gonna send you a returning label and you should call fedex or whomever to pick it up for free but but NAH your intentions were to steal And o yeah this is not Segway that if you buy GT2 scooter that they will send someone to pick it up but HEY that scooter is 3K
Stay away from this product, Its a real nightmare. not reliable at all. it will brake every time you take it out for a ride, either get a flat tire (their solid tires tend to crack within a week very light use) brake issues or controller errors. It's a waste of money and time. please guys stay away from this piece of junk. it made my life miserable. they dont respond your claims, very unprofessional. do yourself a favor and deal with american brands only. also order a new controller had to wait close to a month just to received a non-function controler. this company is a joke, big joke.
You gotta have a Splach Titan 9 (royal gold) cause that’s the exact specs so it seems the Titan 10 has the 37mph projections and weight matters too so far you just had a bad experience sorry bro
The titan nine only gets 32 miles an hour. You’re looking at the Titan 10 that’s the advertise 37 miles an hour.

I bought one just like that. Splach is the name of the scooter. I didn't buy it new. I bought it from somebody from north Hollywood
