    These easy home exercises are too much beneficial to reduce your frozen shoulder pain or painful stiff shoulder with decreased mobility in all directions.
    Trauma, injury, facture or any surgery around the shoulder joint followed by immobilization leads to adhesive capsulitis or frozen shoulder.
    If you practice these exercises regularly joint mobility will be increased to normal range, joint stiffness will be released, the strength of your shoulder joint will be increased and reduces the joint pain.
