I was searching the century bob. Seen the bob vs one. Went looking for reviews. Seen Master Ken had a review and it's the only one I'm Gunnar watch. LoL. I'm going to eventually get one.

Love this video. Definitely feeling more prepared to defend myself during the impending Robopocalypse. First off, Todd has some sick Ameri-Do-Te moves from the guard. Secondly, I appreciated Master Ken's in-depth analysis of homicidal robot maintenance. The only problem with giving the robots gigantic, murderous, wrench hands, is that you are taking away their opposable thumbs. As a proud Ameri-Do-Te white belt, I know that the thumb is an important part of the groin strike, the cornerstone of Ameri-Do-Te. Is this to suggest that the future will be populated by killer robots without knowledge of Ameri-Do-Te? If that's the case, then that is a world not worth living in.

This is a great segment - very funny, but really describes the benefits of the BOB version of the Versys! While we have been big fans of all of the variety of tops and uses for the original Century Wavemaster base (e.g. BOB, BOB XL), this adds the ability to do groin and leg kicks - a great addition for "self-defense" training, seminars, etc. We love it, and found it to be worth the added cost (you get what you pay for in this case)!

If I was going to put weapons on that contraction, instead of swords or battle axes plugged into egg beaters, I would use Phased Plasma Rifles in the 40 Watt Range.

How tall is the VS BOB exactly? It looks so tall with the youtubers but everywhere it reads that it's only 175cm in height..
I'm 203cm tall so the VS BOB would be too small for me, what a shame! Will I have to stick with the BOB XL or will there be an upgrade anytime soon to the VS BOB to make it expandable like the BOB XL?

+Century Martial Arts Thanks for your fast reply! I think they'd need to make the sandbags a little bigger so you can add more weight to make the lower part more stable once you expand the bob. Maybe then they could just add another middle piece that you can zip on top of the lower part before you zip on the Bob to make it 20-30cm taller. This thing is so innovative, imagine it would only be 145cm in height, what a waste :D There are a lot of tall fighters around the world, they could sell a lot more of these if they'd adjust the height of the Bob for them.
