I think it's really cool that you're doing these kinds of videos. You're charming as always and the appartments are really cool (especially the second one that had excellent staging with trendy and tasteful furniture plus great materials).
I don't know if this is something you're aiming to do more of but I hope so beacuse you sell it well.
A few technical pointers/requests (take 'em of leave 'em) that are easy but I think could up your game: First, maybe you colud try a wireless mic on your collar for better sound? Also, in these kind of vids you really want long sweeping shots of the rooms/spaces instead of shaky handcam so maybe invest in a tripod and then work a little more to edit in those shots on top of you speaking (although I certainly don't have anything against looking at you :D ).

This clip was allready very nice, looking forward to more of these, just hoping some of this feeback might be of any use.
