We offer 30 day to 14 month leases, very pet friendly, and 16,000 sq ft of coworking. Work from home, but not from "home." Thank you for naming us your favorite gyms and amenities! Come by if you need an office space after you find your home. We'd love to have you at Kenect events too!

if you're not dead set on Nashville look around the outer areas can get more bang for your buck ....in the same situation of down sizing and moving myself

4 and 5 are nice as well. And you know someone in there so that will be a good one.and it's not downtown.

The only thing that sucks about wanting to live alone in Nashville, is having to make 4 to 5 grand minimum for a minimally nice apartment 😭

I loved all the apartments your toured. Even that last studio you toured. While it looked small I did like how the bedroom area appeared to be in a separate little room. Even living alone I prefer 1 bedroom because I like my bedroom to be a separate room from the rest of the apartment.
it was seriously the only studio i’ve considered because of that cool separator! it’s still super cozy though :)
I would loveeee to know where #4 is located/the name of the complex as I am moving to Nashville after my graduation as well! (only if your comfortable with sharing of course!)
GOOD PICTURES OF THE APARTMENT BUT I HAVE A DAUGHTER YOUR AGE IN NASHVILLE AWAY FROM HOME AND THE MOST IMPORTANT IS TO SHOW THE LOCATION AND IF IT WAS GATED AND HAD A SAFE PARKING AREA AND A KEY OR CODE TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT BUILDING. SAFETY ALWAYS FIRST. IT WAS ALSO GREAT YOU MENTIONED YOU WOULDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE WALKING IN THE EVENING IN THE AREA.
LOL… and people complain about Los Angeles. A one bedroom is close, if not less expensive.

CAN YOU LET US KNOW THE LOCATIONS OF THE APARTMENTS AND THE SIZE OF THE MASTER BEDROOM PLASE. THE BEDROOMS APPEAR SMALL FOR A QUEEN BED DRESSER AND NIGHT STAND. THAN YOU AND GOOD PRESENTATION.

Okay, European here. 🙋🏼♀️The apartments look great, but I have a question. Is it normal for apartment complexes in the US to have pools, co-working spaces and a gym? Cause it definitely isn't where I live.

No, it isn’t. It’s becoming more common for new buildings in big cities to offer these facilities though. Especially since lately there has been an “entrepreneur boom” and a growing working-from-home culture

It's not. But in bigger cities they are offering these amenities. Although I wish we can exchange these amenities for affordable housing.
The third and the last ones a for sure my favourites! Especially nr. 5 seems super spacious 😍
