The most amazing thing (in a scary way) was that there was no measuring for any precision assembly anywhere in sight...it was all just somehow put together...eyeballing everything...with a shiny paint job. Not sure what to say. I understand they are making local ends meet but then again, no foreign country would even allow the import of such workmanship. And, yes, like others have commented, the welding is being done at minimum required level; it seems they are after producing more units in less time than saving money (how much more are a few more welds gonna cost?)
They based on Lean philozophy and did "robust design". So any measurement system is not required. :)
