I did find a interesting thing in plutonium forum called lan launcher so its a custom launcher that can make u play multiplayer with bots offline except for waw cuz its need bot warfare mod

mine boots up well but is all white in gameplay, the cutscenes run fine but in game everything is white

set the game folder full privileges and permissions. properties, security, goup and usernames, set one by one the full control. afeter do in all users on the list, save and try again, will work.

i had this too. it was an audio mp_common error thing in my case. i went back and re-added the torrent and it downloaded a few more files. but i deleted the game and used the rutor magnet instead and it installed and plays fine with these fixes.
the windows 10 redacted fix wasn't needed
