The reason people die from low falls is because they die from you pushing them not from hitting the ground, if you KO an npc and they fall from 50 feet they'll live it's pushing them that triggers the death.
LOL I was actually referring to the part where Agent 47 becomes compromised and she turns into your typical panicked NPC that cowers away rather than fighting back against an attacker.

That Guy I chased her around the level killing everyone that she ran to for support. You then corner her on the beach and she’s so afraid of 47 that she screams and tries to swim to Australia or something. She swims like a hammer though so she drowns immediately and I got credit for the kill.
