Lighting and Mood in this mission is phenomenal...
Golden Ratio especially near the beach. The wind and how the voice of the characters sounds so dynamic with the changing range

Hands down the prettiest set piece I have ever seen in a 3rd person action game. The lighting and atmosphere is fucking incredible. The reflections are just a cherry on top. The whole time I was playing this mission, I felt like I was there. Like I could smell the ocean and feel the wind. Such an amazing opener

if you like this ALAN WAKE REMASTERED will be a good choice for late night storm atmosphere. Brilliant game and one of my favorites.

A house full of huge windows with lights on in a wide open space, a bald white guy dressed in all black with nothing but small green bushes to hide in approaches running with the moonlight bouncing off of his cueball, stealth at its finest.

Hitman missions are like a one time drug. The first time playing this, going in blind, after killing the target, my heart was pumping fast trying find an escape route. After finishing the mission by barely anyone noticing, I felt I got away with something which felt so good!

I found a simpler way to do this.
In the panic room, I collected the tranquilliser and, when everyone arrived, hid in Alma's wardrobe with the curtain. After that, Orson goes into the shower and Alma brushes her teeth. I shot Orson with the tranq dart and then shot Alma with my silenced pistol. I hid them both and then escaped the way you did. I got silent assassin, suit only as well.
.... except that The Entire Mission Is Easy.🤦♂️

I did something similar but I just yeeted my briefcase at Orson then used the katana on Alma. I used my save right before so I could also get sniper assassin with the sniper in my briefcase

The feeling I got when I first played this mission was pure nostalgia. I don’t know whether it is the location, the music or the incredible lighting, but this really brought me back to Hitman 2 Silent Assassin. I hope IOI continues this for the next one.

I’ve never lived in Hawkes bay but probably the only thing that doesn’t look like Hawkes bay is that giant fucking mansion that is magically holding up the second floor with no support and made 50% of glass with a wardrobe that talks to you and a secret room with guns.

Hitman 2 is so good. Doing silent assassin, suit only is one of the most satisfying things in gaming. I did The Finish Line yesterday and managed it. Granted I followed in your footsteps.

actually you are supposed to search the villa, it is even an achievement to look around and visit every area.

Hitman 1 & 2 are the most visually realistic and immersive games I've ever seen. The mechanical and graphical design are so refined and elegant. A pristine looking game.

This was a really well designed first mission. Not too difficult even at the hardest setting, but has all the necessary “training” aspects for anyone that is new to the hitman game world.

It trips me out because I played this right after I moved back to Australia after living in Hawke's Bay for a few years. Of all the random places they could have set the first level...
With all the squeaky toys in this level and the challenges, i think they were going to have a dog and two targets but decided to tone it down since it was the first level. That would have been fun. Step on the squeaky toy and a dog comes runnin.

🤔🤔🤔 I see a lot of similarities between Hitman and Metal Gear Solid. And in MGSV:TPP you can use a dog as your sidekick. But here's the thing. At first they were also going to give your enemies dogs too. But they scrapped that part of the game. Because it would be too hard. And plus it must be a whole different level of realness killing fogs in game. 😳 Maybe Hitman 2 had similar plans they also decided against. 🤔

I accidentally put it on master and tbh I didn't know y I couldn't wear the disguise of a gaurd after killing them as I usually could (this was my second time playing this mission and it actually went better than the Professional mode

This location is very cool....today i play and complete this stage....but many times try....i don't understand how to kill the girl...but you play just as a good player....nice play ....
So on the hardest difficulty you can see enemy guards through walls with instinct and you can still run behind them and they dont hear you at all? Absolution was not having this problem. This seems much more easier to me.
Absolution's story was confusing and lacking of logic, If you compare Absolution like Codename 47, Blood Money, etc you can easily tell that Absolution isn't a hitman game and you probably haven't played the previous games if you think Absolution is a hitman game.
But in the end, they got the job done and it's a solid game.
I dont talk about the atory on absolution here. I talk about how hard it is to play the game on purist compared to this one. I played all hitman games except this new one and i also say that absolution is not a good hitman game.
Also isnt this the max difficulty or am i wrong?
@@vigor1028 absolution was not having this problem from aspect of the difficulty. If you run, enemies hear you and they dont just stay in one place ignoring the running of another guy. I didnt say at all that absolution is a good hitman game, but it was more hard to complete a mission on purist because enemies can see you faster, react to your running and you cant see enemies with instinct through wall just like on this video. Dont take the story into account at all, talk about difficulty only.
