For people saying this is fake, it's doable if you actually know what you're doing, is hard though. My first offer was HTC for agencyowners. Outclosed rest of the team and even offer owner by a 3x close rate (given there was only 3 other guys), was sitting around like 70-80% on a 7800 offer. Anything higher than that you can't do without scamming people, pre-screening from setting team, or considering offer close rate as a real close rate (which is bs)
