I can not believe the homes you show, all the master bedrooms have such SMALL closet. The closets are not big enough for one person, if there is two people they are out of luck 😮
Lisa, Depends on what you have. How big in sq ft are you looking for....how tall. What we are showing are the standard closets in production homes. There are absolutely bigger...what do you want to see? Phil Martin
In Celina you may be able to get more house for your dollar, "For Now". On the other hand, Prosper is closer to McKinney/Frisco/Plano and has more mature communities. I like them both...BUT if I didn't have to go anywhere to work and liked my privacy, and a more rural feel, I'd look into the larger lot or acreage home in Celina. Your choice.
Don't be fooled. Many of these "McMansions" are only built to sell, like many cars today........cheap Chinese parts, lackluster construction, and heinously-price-gougingly-over-priced.
Great comment. I’ve built over 90 homes, duplexes and townhomes myself and quality matters. Highland Homes in this vid is a quality builder. How would you rate them and specifically why.
