This model homes must cost 250k more with all the options put in, for a total of 600k price. No way it's 350k homes, it's base price at 300+ and no way it looks like this one.

First time ever saw a full-marble home(affordable), marvelous.
The floor is made with big ceramic tiles and kitchen countertop is synthetic marble )mimics the look of real marble at a more affordable price)

Theres ways to position the furniture in the living room space so that it will function. The staging is all wrong lol. They need a sectional or a long sofa. Or maybe where the dining area is, that can be the living room space, something needs to be shifted, lol because that looks odd 😁 The master bedroom needs a tub. and so does the hall bathroom. other than that I love it! I love all the marble because I don't like wood floors. All that white, is so beautiful and it makes it seem like it is larger than what it is! I love this home! I would just want carpet in the bed rooms too!

I cant complain. And i approve for these making way less than my cali customers.
