Total Solar Eclipse at HSB Flight Park

August 21st, the harsh midday sun diminished, and the world suddenly became dark - pitch dark!!! In the path of TOTALITY is the nation's largest, most dynamic, free-flight park. We had 20+ wings in the air! We launched off the ridge as the shadow of the moon crept over the landscape! Incredible experience! Marvelous place! Can't lie Pat! I was a bit envious. I was first to launch. Everyone set up behind me so I had to go to get out my wing out of the way.
