That was the best match of this tournament. Americans were serving nuke after nuke, almost breaking Poles. Reigning champions with new powerful squad and extraordinaire coach, against hardest hitting, young and hungry team, ripping all opponents into shreds while storming the top. It was clear, that the winner of this match would be crowned as champion. Brasil was not good enough to win over USA or Poland. Fate of a champion was decided in this match, not in the final.
The USA and Poland are currently two of the best teams in the world, playing at a level at least one higher than the rest. This should be the final of the World Championship, not the semi-final. Brazil's play in the final was a huge disappointment. Only for a few minutes of the third set they were able to fight against Poland. I am sure that if the USA won with Poland, they would have won the final as easily as Poland.
I felt like USA had slightly more power, but Poland played incredibly well first set and USA players were getting more tired as match progressed. Overall the highest level of volleyball I ever watched.

agree Poland vs USA was just very good match, where both teams played incredibly well for all 5 sets I wouldn't call it comeback. Russia vs Brazil I didn't watch but I can see from point results that it wasn't close for first 2 sets and it suits more as comeback

Niszczy się ich talenty , bo pieniądze mają zarabiać starzy wyjadacze i obcokrajowcy Ja się nie interesuję siatkówką na co dzień , raz dwa razy do roku od wielkiego dzwonu ,i zawsze jestem mile zaskoczony że młodzi zawodnicy nieznani mi, grają i są ważną częścią reprezentacji. W piłce nożnej niemożliwe.

It was definitely an early final. The final match against Brazil was just a formality and Poland won decisively.
