I've installed the software you linked but I think it has not been translated properly because I can't see any tags or any text in any button. I'll try to find the version you have on my own and update if I find it but it would be awesome if you could point me out in the right direction.
I recently received mine with the gift switches and it is absolutely incredible. It feels great, looks great, has a premium feel to it, has a nice weight to it, never loses connectivity via the wireless dongle and never feels laggy in any way. The software works well also and with the switches I got, puts every keyboard I have ever heard to shame. All for approx $75 all in.

I prefer XDA keycaps myself as for switches, that really depends on your preference as well. I like variations of yellow liner switches but thats just me.

This is my first 75% keyboard and so far so enjoyable. As this doesn't have 'End' and 'Ins' keys, is it possible to program them via the driver software? For example: Shift + Home = End Shift + Delete = Ins
yes through the software, in the software right click on any key you want to change and then go to "Custom Funtion" then in "Key Type" drop the box down to "Multi Key" option it then gives you up to 3 slots to configure.

After some tinkering, I ended up doing the following: - Set 'Fn Layer' to 'Momentary' mode. - Set Fn + PgDn = End - Set Fn + PgUp = Ins Can use 'Toggle' mode but I find it confusing as there is nothing indicating which mode you're in. Can't seem to use Home and Delete keys for this purpose as I think they are reserved for mini display functions: Fn + Home = Turn display on/off Fn + Delete = Switch between info screen and animation

Hi I've just brought this keyboard but I'm struggling I no the keys light up like behind the keys but is there anyway of getting the keys to actually light up so for example when your typing in the dark you can see where the lettered keys are as at mo it's only lighting up back of the light. i recently just got mine and the screen was working fine. after i tried setting a custom gif the LCD screen stopped working completely. i can’t even get back to the settings and default menu. i’ve tried resetting it and that doesn’t fix it either. do you know how to solve this? :(
12:49 in the video in the software, go to the TFT screen portion of the app and click on the button on the bottom right hand corner called "Time Syns" This should sync your computers time to your LCD.. make sure you are in wired mode when running the software.

make sure your keyboard is using the wored connection and download the software I linked in the description, that is the saoftware I have tested to work.

did you download the software I linked in the description? can you give me other details more than just "not working" are you trying to connect to it with the keyboard wired direct to your PC?
They shipped mine with Ajazz Linear Moon Yellows, not sure why they changed them up.. Maybe the rebranded them.. Contact whatgeek and they might be able to tell you.

@@Mrnoodlespro ohhh.. I was hoping it would last a lot longer, like a month or 2. My logitech K400+ is still on the original batteries from like 1 or 2 years ago.
Hold down "FN" and "Q" for bluetooth 1st device, hold down "FN" and "W" to add a second bluetooth device and "fN" and "E" for a third device, If you have one already connected to BT1 then do "FN" and "W" and you should see "BT2 Listening" on the LCD screen, it is now ready to pair to a second bluetooth device. Of course make sure you are in Bluetooth mode with the swith on the back.

It should turn off due to inactivity but you can always toggle the switch to USB position which would be off

You can certainly re map those keys in the software, yes.
When I set up a custom color customization via the usb wire, it doesn’t save when I go back to the 2.4 dongle mode. Do you know how to fix this issue?

Replace the keycaps with ones that have transparent letters. The ones that come stock do not have shine through keycaps.
can all the software stuff be done wirelessly? also if i close the software will the changes to lighting and key mapping stay?
the keyboard must be plugged in to use the software but yes the keyboard will retain the lighting changes and modes if used wirelessly.

as far as I know it has double shot pbt keycaps and the height is OEM profile.

They are not "Shine Through" keycaps, you would have to buy a keycap set you like that allows the RGB to shine through the letters.
You can use usb mode right? Its not only bluetooth?
it has 3 modes, USB wired, Bluetooth and 2.4ghz wireless with a wireless dongle. So yes you can.
The "End" key is missing. How to trigger it?
Assign a key combination through the software to any key if you need it...

try holding down the fn key and spacebar key for about 5 seconds to manually reset settings to factory and start again?
if that doesn't work, try a different USB cable

No you need to plug in to run the software then you can unplug after you set your gif

Go into the screen settings twist all the way to the right and the last menu should be language you can chose Chinese on English.
