Compared to BFV as well. BFV in its latest updates was amazing, and really made you feel like you were at war. The sounds, the effects, the destruction... this one feels like it's incomplete. I don't know what it is but it just doesn't feel like battlefield.
only issue, is you have to unlock weapons, takes about 48 hours vs bots (unless there is a better way, there may be a better way) but yes.. it's a blast!
I wish I could get into BF2042 like JackFrags. I love the game I just can't find something fun in it to keep me coming back, I've yet to even try portal because it's all to confusing for my monkey brain lol
It's actually really fun now! For me especially because I prefer to play on my PS5 with crossplay off and there is finally enough of a player base to get into games lol

I think the map is not that imbalanced. If anything it's actually favouring the side that lost twice in this video because it's easier to trap the enemies at F if you manage to hold C & E consistently.

Also how to play conquest and Rush correctly because I feel like there is a more efficient way than just running in blindly especially with teammates that don’t talk.
I might be crazy but sniping in bf 2042 is so difficult. On BFV i could consistently get like 30+ kills a game on recon but I'm lucky if i get 3 sniper kills in a conquest game on 2042
It's more fun to watch you play then actually playing this game. Your the gem here not this game trust. Coming from a person who only plays 2042. Lucky you don't play it often becasue you would probably just put it down.

As a ps4 player who bought it on launch ? Yes.... its so fun and so different than call of duty. You might very well love the variety. Do be warned though , it's very much NOT call of duty in tactics or game play
Spawning to instantaneously get killed happens to me all the time. I feel like it definitely needs to be improved for bf2042. Would love to see some slow motion replays for your kills. Your aim is insanely good.
BF2042 was the first BF game in 15 years that I didnt buy... now that the creases have been ironed out and more maps are being added, it is FINALLY looking semi tempting...

Really enjoying 2042. Dice made a critical move in releasing this game on gamepass. Call of Duty/Warzone to me is dying. So refreshing to get back into the Battlefield series. So glad Dice didn’t give up on this game early on
My Xbox is having troubles lately when I tried to get on bf2042 it would let me onto the screen that you press start but when I pressed a to start the loading screen would keep loading and just today I uninstalled bf2042 and can’t for some reason redownload the game
Having it free on PSN made me try it again after being utterly burnt by the beta. I will definitely be trying it more because I already had a battlefield moment that truly hit the spot.
Jack, my dude, i have watched youre plays since way back. You could litteraly paint a wall on stream would still watch. Im still so impressed that you are so calm and plays like this.
I think this games visuals are awful. The textures are sloppy, bullets don't make water splash and neither do grenades. Love Jack but BF1 is peak battlefield and I still don't understand why people hate it. Graphics, game play, sounds, environment and just the overall feel of BF1 is what a war game should be cause you feel like you're there.

See I enjoyed this map when they added it.. it was on 128 players. Then they asked the community if it was not balanced and added additional tickets to the counters. Then they asked if the community preferred 64 players for it, then reduced the ticket count again.. and now it just feels empty with just 32 enemies to shoot sometimes. I love the direction the game is going, and having the Dev's actually communicating with the community now is great - I just wish they wouldn't constantly change their minds on decisions they make so quickly. It can be up to twice a week in some cases, so you never really know what kind of experience awaits you till you launch the game.
The thing that unbalances maps is vehicles. Always is. Once one team gets the upperhand with them, it becomes almost impossible to have a balanced fight. This map would be so much better if it was 128 and no fighting vehicles.
@@mecooil123 "no fighting vehicles" besides that, the older BF games had a lot of maps with no vehicles (i.e. Operation Locker (BF4) or Argonne Forest (BF1) And lots of the better maps in BF had limited area for vehicles to drive, like in cities, and the vehicles tended to be either strong and slow or fast and weak, unlike the Wildcat
The reason I enjoy watching you play BF2042 is because even though they have done great updates, I just haven't had the desire to dedicate time getting back into it.

@@davechongle Matter of opinion. Bf2042 offers more variety, a bigger and better looking game and way too many microtransactions. If we're talking which game is more fun to play then bf4 wins easily. Better maps, better guns and gunplay. I prefer the movement of bf4 over 2042s emulation of call of duty movement. Bf4 actually felt like a shooter, bf2042 it feels like you're shooting airsoft guns. Not a fan of operators whatsoever. But again if we're on about choice, graphics, map size, variety etc then yes bf2042 offers more. For me 2042 feels like battlefield with training wheels.

I find it interesting how other players are always telling other players how they can and can't play. No, you don't have to run to see the opponents. That's why we have scopes. And yes I can sit and snipe from the spawn or where ever I want. I have over 4200 sniper kills with the GOL Magnum and the 12x scope with 83% being headshots and average distance of over 650m. Longest headshot over 1300m. K/D ratio of over 15 to 1. So obviously you don't have to run to see the opponent. However, if you want to play with the COD SRSD mentality (spawn run shoot die) feel free. I don't care. However, it is pretty funny watching you guys through my scope run around like chickens. You guys are my food😁

Best way to progress guns is to play co op pick the gun you want and just kill as many bots as you can
Best guns to use rn is the ak24 and the new guns this season especially the aec9 the m5a3 is also really nice as well
Best barrel attachments are wrapped suppressor if your trying to flank if not the champion muzzle break is a must
Best scope to use is the fusion halo
I know it's force of habit but you never stay on the hit long enough to actually see the hit. Would you please work on that for me.
