Walsh looked really good. I’ve been thinking he just needed some time. And hopefully this is a sign of things to come.

Wicked awesome banger as always, FTTF 😊👍💥.
    YESSIRRRR, HOLY WICKED BEANS 🙌!
That's how our 18-TIME WORLD CHAMPIONS OF THE NBA get the job done in the clutch against the Denver Nuggets in Abu Dhabi to kickoff the preseason with a BANGGGG!
I'm definitely liking what I'm seeing from Jordan Walsh, entering his 2nd season. He's starting to get his improvements in, but he's still gonna need more G-League time. But yeah, I'm definitely looking forward to seeing Walshy The Alien stepping his game up soon.
PAYTON PRITCHARD, TAKE A BOW! P-Rabbit has done it again with that long-range 3 from the logo to get the C's within a point with 1 second to go in the 3rd!
I also like with what I'm seeing from the Jays' altered shooting forms as well.
Overall, we did well enough to get the W in game 1 against Denver, now it's onto the 2nd preseason matchup against them and the final game of this 2-game preseason series in Abu Dhabi!
    C'S NATION, WE'RE BACK! LET'S GET IT!

Turns out when you obsess over every young player sometimes you’ll be right (although it’s still too early)

Luke looked a little goofy at first but then got back into the groove. To be fair the whole starting lineup looked out of sorts. I don’t think they were trying lol

they had a few nice possessions but the shots didn't fall and that was kinda it lol

But the thing is, Baylor has been hitting the side of the backboard and air balling Since the start of the summer league. It’d be one thing if it was a one off or two off thing but it’s been happening so it’s a little concerning, but he did only play four minutes.

Not gonna get worried about Baylor's shooting for a while. Too big of a sample of him being a good shooter

Walsh looks really good when he just focuses on defense. The rest will come if he just focuses on being that defensive menace Crashes the boards relentlessly I think the offense will eventually come. But I thought he looked really good tonight. Is it time to worry About QUETA? He looks good against small G league guys but when you put them in the NBA, he looks like a baby dear. He’s uncoordinated lanky and just fails like crazy. What’s the end goal for him? I think he could really use some muscle some more weight. But he just doesn’t Seem to care. I don’t know. Maybe that’s just the way he looks but even in his interview when they asked him what he had been working on over the summer he had no real answers and that is worrisome. Because there is so much of his game that could be worked on . I’m just worried because we have him signed to a multi year deal and I’ve seen no progress from year one to now if I’m being honest. He’s always dominated the league. But anyways, what’s up with Shireman air balling and hitting backboard all the time that’s random . JD Davidson looked great as well defensively surprisingly and offensively. He could also just use maybe a few more pounds. Also, Drew Peterson impressed me with his playmaking and his shot was on today. I want to see Tillman post up.. would have also liked to see more, Baylor, Lonnie, Watson, and Springer, but hopefully there minutes will come.

It's hard to know what these guys are being told to focus on. I'm confident Walsh has been in the weight room. You don't want guys to gain muscle too fast. He's still only 20. He was always going to be a project. REally like Drew's game. Just not sure it'll translate to the NBA level
