Breaking in a 2024 RXPX 325.

I picked up an RXPX 325 on a whim after the SEADOO 2025 model year launch that left me LESS THAN ENTHUISED about the next years lineup's colors, so I called a few places around to see if they still had the lovely RED RXPX. SO enjoy the first hour and a half of breaking in my newest ski.

How long were you out for ? Did she burn gas hard ?

I was out on the water for just about 2 hours, maybe just about a third of a tank. It definitely doesn't sip, it chugs, but no more than my 300 or a 230. Then again the RPM was limited due to the break in process.

@@badm0t0rf1ng3r cheers - i was thinking of ditching my GTR230 for the new rxp, was worried that losing that playful pollytec 2 hull would be a deal breaker …. For me.

@@stuarts3016 Honestly, if you want more power but don't want to lose playfulness I'd check out the GTR-X 300. Full 300 sized engine in essentially a GTI hull. I have not had the chance to ride one yet but everything I hear about them makes me feel like its the closest thing to a 300 Spark we will ever get.

@@badm0t0rf1ng3r yet again thanks, i have the x on order, funny you should mention it, but was thinking the hull on the Rxp being so much better in the chop As i ride offshore is it that much better as a trade off…. the polly2 hull crashed into waves more than cuts throu them…..
