Maybe wrong for me to say this, but I feel sorry for those who don't have friends/family to share this with. they need people around them to shout this out.
Maybe they think they won't get in and they don't want their family to presence it, neither bc it's "humiliating" or they don't want to "fail" their family.
Or maybe bc they just want to share it to themselves.
Or maybe they just don't like or want their families to be there bc they don't like company or their families or smt

I'd want the "congratulations" on mine too. Thank God they didn't do these back when I went to college (2001). I was pumped to get into the state school with as much half assing I did in high school. 😄

I don't know if it was just the two schools I applied to or all the schools in my country but I didn't get a whole letter or email or anything it was just at the end of my skype interview they were like "okay well you got a spot if you want it" and that was it haha

I’m a senior and I have no idea where the heck I wanna go I’m planning on doing community college first but after that I don’t have any plans because the jobs I wanna do don’t require college but I still wanna go for backup???

ErenTheBombJaeger I’m going to Penn state in 2020, but community college or not I would highly recommend going to college. Having some sort of degree is very valuable when applying for any well paying job
M Detlef I think it’s quite smart, however, because it gives you more time to think about career choices and what college you want to apply for plus it’s cheaper, therefore, less to pay in the end than if you chose to take your two academic years in a university or such. Than after you complete community college you can get an ADT to transfer to the university of your choice but it’s your opinion lol ;)

Prxhcision Haha it’s ok I still check my comments lol thank you for the advice I think I’m going to go to community college for my associates and then I’ll transfer to a cal state or UC in my area after. It gives me more time to think about my major plus 😅😊
