@@falconeshield The idea that Tekken 4 was hated is largely exaggerated. The competitive scene hated it, but outside of Asia, they were a minuscule minority compared to today. Tekken 4 was well received by most people, it just didn’t sell well, especially compared to 3. You have to consider the time period. Story was just not seen as important for most games. Nowadays, people are so obsessed with story in games to an almost ludicrous degree. It’s almost like they don’t want video games to be games anymore.
I absolutely love how Heihachi completely subverts T8's cheesy "believe in yourself!" cliches. Also we need Shadow Kazuya's glowing eyes and voice to make Kazuya into a proper Devil.
What happened next after the ending of the story dlc: an another story dlc for season 2 or that it and waiting for Tekken 9 for 5 more years until i stop playing video games.
