    I used to make this and wanted to do it again. This was what I needed to get me moving and making the paste. I add the coconut oil, honey and pepper to the paste when I make it. That way it's faster when I make the milk. But either way, it really is good and the turmeric is so good for you. Thanks.

      That's a great idea! I've often thought about adding in the black pepper and cinnamon to the paste. Time saving indeed 😉

    how much of the grated tumeric root should i use ? My neighbor gave me turmeric root to help with my arthritis and immune system issues

      I've never used fresh turmeric root before so I am uncertain! I would do some quick searches online to find out equivalent amounts (fresh to powdered turmeric ratios). Hope that helps!
