Katy also dished on King Charles' coronation weekend and shared that the best part was being able to take her mom on a "trip of a lifetime." Plus, the songstress reacted to Princess Charlotte singing "Roar" along with her performance at the coronation concert. "American Idol" airs Sunday and Monday nights at 8 PM ET on ABC.
