The big negative is the delay/lag in video motion. It is quite noticeable the amount of time it takes for movement to appear onscreen,as the presenter said "ghosting".
Seems like a good unit for the price. The hard dollar ones do not ghost at half magnification however those can go up to $3000 most visually impaired people without some sort of assistance could never afford that kind of sad actually
dude thanks a lot for this I was thinking the exact same thing when I was in college and they had these document cameras in the classroom.. I need something like this to be able to see the status displays of several pieces of MIDI music equipment: yamaha dx7, kawai q-80 sequencer, drum machines etc. Will this work with a 2011 sony bravia 40inch television?

It should work with any TV that accepts HDMI!
