I had a look at this in Modelworx at Newhaven on Saturday and it reached the 'maybe' list before I decided to go rotary winged with a 1/72 Sea King, after watching this I may have reconsidered... Thanks for a great review of a kit that probably gets overlooked a lot.
Do I see correctly that there are no crew figures? The 2004 kit (rebox of Heller kit) did come with 3 crewmembers and some thread and instructions for the cables.
Hi Jason, indeed nice little kit, thanks for the review. Nice Normandy beach diorama springs to mind. Have a great day, Dom
What a tidy looking kit. Thank you for another great review Jason.
Lovely kit to build, goes together quickly (especially when slightly drunk..)
Fell in love with the kit when it was released and it is in the stash waiting for a crew and a vehicle to come along. 🙂
Hi Jason, Nice little kit. It would look great in a diorama with 3 or 4 of them lined up on a beach. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day. Jeff
Have one in the stash but not built it - but have always loved the old landing craft and Sherman kit
Thanks for this review Jason. Lovely kit indeed, so have put this one on my wishlist.
Great little kit this Jason, thanks for reviewing 👍
