Personally my 2006 ninja 250 is such a great bike this is my first bike I’ve owned and it substitutes speed for control and comfortability good learner though I learned how to ride within a hour on this thing they are very cheap and even though you can’t race etc on them if you want to be out in the riding season for very cheap compared to $4,000-$6,000 you can have a great time on these things
The fun factor on a pre-gen Ninja 250 isn't from its acceleration or top speed, because neither of those are terribly impressive (though both are more than adequate for fun-but-responsible street riding), it's from the handling. This bike is the definition of "flickable" and will scrape pegs around corners just as well as any supersport out there.
What we discovered after owning our then new 2001, though, is that the speedo on our US model read about 7 mph too fast. Thus the 100 mph reading I achieved was really 93 mph. I thought that is still very respectable for only a 250cc, $3000 motorcycle. I corrected some of the error by replacing the inferior 80 profile front tire with a much better 90 profile Bridgestone BT45 tire. Now it reads only 4 mph fast, so closer to reality at least.
My little 400 had a similar 0 to 60 as a ram 1500 trx. Its almost like theres no point to having "sport pickups/ SUVs. Leave the "sport" to light cars and motorcycles.
i dunno... i had an 07 ZZR250 dual exhaust only aftermarket part was a wider rear tire, topped out at 230kmh. This 07 managed a measly 168.9 kmh.... and im bigger then he is at 6'1 190lbs Remember its air cooled and no fuel injection. its just a pitiful Taiwanese made ninja
The 2007 Ninja 250 makes a very underwhelming 29.91 hp and has a curb weight of 304 lbs. So with you on it, it weighs 494 lbs. there is simply no way for a ~500 lb vehicle with only 30 hp to reach 230 kmh. The factory also claims a top speed of 170 kmh. So either your speedometer is off by 60 kmh, or you are lying.
Exactly what I wanted to see, the pre-gen! Thank you for doing this so I don't have to :~)
We still gonna do it safely
105m/ph = roughly 168km/h
Seems like a fun bike between 0-75 mph! The sweet spot I say!
I have one ninja 250 2011model it will go easily 86 90 mph
What you don’t notice is that it sounds better at the higher revs when you are actually on the bike. It Feels really fast at 75. Fun bike

sounds like an FZR400, keep up the good work!

Bro has his bike tuned! Mine definitely does not move like this. But now I want it to 😂
Its unsane the difference between a 125 and a 250cc,

I can go a little faster but am skinny as fuck.
How many miles an hour or km an hour?
Who is that?
Ok big question. So i see you topped at 110. I have the same bike but mine tops at 105. Have you done anything different?
You probably just weigh more
You have to max out every gear the better you do it the faster the top end will be.
no he topped at 105
I have the same bike but i have gotten it to 107ish but the rpms are hella lower
@@krimartin3397 i ended up pushing my bike hard. Got it to 110
I fell asleep waiting for him to get to 60 lol
I made it to 177km
Bunun ibresimi düşük
Mine goes 123mph

My ninja 250 r 172/km...
