Breadcrumbs are usually made from double baked toast not fresh bread. If you worry about storing them for long periods you can keep them in a glass jar with a tight lid. Sometimes I put a desiccant in the jar. No moisture and no staleness. Generally it is fine just in the jar by itself.

Mix in egg whites, white pepper, dish sauce, salt, and caster sugar to the shrimp. 6. Add in corn starch, mix until well combined. 7. Beat / throw the shrimp mixture from a height into the bowl to make it more gooey. 8. Separate into 6 portions and coat with bread crumbs. 9. Preheat oil in a pan, on small heat, fry the shrimp mixtures until they puff up 10. Double fry the shrimps on a higher heat until golden.
細個做過泰餐,做蝦餅你要先用鹽醃15-20分鐘,抽干左隻蝦d水出黎先,跟手再用水沖一陣,先再做餘下嘅步驟,同埋,你一定要挑左腸先,你唔挑腸有時候會有沙架😜
