However, most of the time, ppl just get offlined by some min. 6 deep zerg that doesnt give a fuck about boom and has a cheater who can see through the base anyway so "hiding" loot is just pointless. In this case, i personally dont rly care about the quality of my peeks or my roof, i just want those fuckers to spend at least 6 hours farming for my leather clothes and stone tools. The funnel walls are amazing and i have been using them ever since i saw them on yt, amazing stuff, love it. Personal tipp: incendiary rockets, they just completely lock down a breach for almost a minute. Thus, as a solo player playing officials who bags his lazy leech friends only when i got a row of aks already these are my priorities: (I wish that someone as talented as you could make something that satisfies this, it would be meta) >Loot is distributed and preferably bunkered. No main loot. >If the base looks like a turd, good, less attention is good. >The base can withstand at least 27 rockets before getting to a loot room. This is 3 walls. >The base is made out of tight spaces and lots of traps (remember, i wont be there to defend, even if im there). People who play in groups are overconfident morons so if they offline me at 6 am id like for them to suffer and be vulnerable to counters by dying a lot. >The shooting floor/peeks/mobility are minimalistic. Essentially the roof is there to house 3 sam sites (if im rich) that are as safe as possible, taking heli although its not worth doing as solo since ur guaranteed to not get the heli loot and put a big fat target on ur back... and also maybe to hold a mini (i usually just park it in a metal heli base with 2 garage doors overnight or allahu akbar it in a zergs roof to break their shit) Im sorry if this sounds kinda pessimistic but after 6k hrs i dont rly give a shit about sounding like a noob and i like to say the truth as it is. EDIT: Even if its an online, i tend to struggle against those russian 0.5 hr gamers who are oh so talented and tend to get recruited by groups in officials. Imagine the world we'd live in if facepunch handed out association bans :D.
I've been building your base for about a year now. This was my first TH-cam base. Now with the industrial update and 2000 hours I've freestyled the shooting floor incorporating a mountain roof with absolute broken angles 360 around the base. Next I wanted to turn the original jump up into honey comb and incorporate the entrance into the second floor to third floor jump up. Only issue with changing the jump up is it removes the incentive to go through the shotgun traps. Thanks for the go to base!
TAKE NOTE: As of 10/5/2023 update, the triangle roof at 19:32 can not be placed if the frames are already there. Place the roof first then you can add the frames and walls.
To attest to this bases strength, I built it yesterday and ended up getting 3v8 onlined. 2 full rounds of mlrs, 3 guys rocketing, 1 guy c4, 1 with m2 explo and it ended up costing them over 100+ rockets before they finally punched a hole all of the way through to core, and then rocketing up to roof. For only 3 of us on, we were able to move swiftly through the base defending, and resealing. I’d highly recommend this for a 3-6 man to live in. Plenty of room for loot and beds for that size of team, easily. Thanks Dust for another great one!

I'd love to see a duo or trio, maybe even quad sized base that is decent against offline attempts. I rarely ever have the luxury to defend my base while it is being raided, so something a little bigger, or more honeycomb/rocket cost is great. I also love heli and frequently put my base in bigger areas with water, so maybe a small addon garage or boat house, as well as some sort of easy attack heli enclosure. I've used so many of these, and I always appreciate the intricate designs you come up with.

Yexom tested your Anvil base in a 1v5 raid defense. The video dropped 2 days ago. It seems that the shooting floor is pretty good, but the brokenly small ventrico peeks on the shooting floor is too small for automatic fire. You really need a bolty to take advantage of that peek.

DUST, you HAVE TO come check out this peak. It is the most disgusting peak I’ve ever seen, ever. It’s basically a one way peak. It’s at 1:13 of the video “The Perfect Farm Expansion” by spinky. It’s like your slit peak in Anvil base, but it allows you to adjust elevation to hit targets at a wider range.
I love this design, especially the funnel wall. Can you make a base and try to include multiple bunkers while also incorporating a funnel and furnace wall like this one?

It's not letting me place the roof triangles on the shooting floor for some reason, does the jump up have to be stone so the sheet metal texture doesn't interfere with the triangles?

I’ve been using Crow’s bunkered externals for quite some time, you can actually throw a vending machine bunker on the roof for even more storage if you’ve upgraded the whole the to armor. Just make sure the vending machine is on the middle triangle.
Force wipe is coming up and I'm definitely gonna try this base with my team, looks super interesting. I'll edit this comment as soon as I have feedback!
Love the bunker externals. You think those would work on anvil? Used the anvil past couple wipes and it’s nuts. The patriko’s on the floor below roof saved us in an online. The bunkered externals would be sick on the anvil
i can't seem to get the externals to connect to the main base. from the triangle frame, i start at 27% stability, then the following square frame is 7%. the square frame from the external is 20% but they can't meet in the middle, it just collapses
Honestly so surprised with this base and its strength, just got onlined and it survived a wopping 2 sachels. Guy brought only those 2 and was scared we were doomed but this base came in clutch💪💪

I m using this base atm and i havent yet complete it but i got raided last night when i disconect the outer tcs to place again the main tc but i couldnt place it in the same spot i had to put it in the midle any fix for this?
I have a couple bases in mind where I think they’re good but could use some help. I would suggest making a place where people could share a code or something where you could check their bases, make tweaks to it. Up to you if you want to (obviously) was just wondering as I have 2K hours and like 750 of those are in base building. Amazing base btw keep it up
Anytime i build the founding pod it always decays even though I connect it to external TCs and they got upkeep anyone know why and if so how can I fish this issue

Okish base. I do have some feedback after being onlined last night. The optional “connecting house” negates the turrets if you are raided from that direction. I recommend not building it. Turrets played zero part in the raid. They blew through the bedroom into the 2nd floor using the optional room. Turret did not have the proper angle to target that direction and the other was behind garage doors. Base held up okay but I recommend HQ walls on bedroom side 1st & 2nd floor. Shotgun traps could buy time in bedrooms if u can. The triangle roof peaks sticking out of the 3rd floor look cool but offer terrible angles. Overrated imo. Funnel is nice and shotgun traps are great at stopping loot collection if u shoot from those angles and die. However, one guy said he started jumping over them lol… gg.

Nice Base, thx a lot for sharing your work. I just wonder why nobody includes SAM spots in their base designs which become quite essential if you play a wipe for more than 3 days. So to all you talented builders out there please start adding SAMs to your builds ❤
The reason I personally don't add SAM spots, is because I can't predict where your base will be built, or the direction that the MLRS will come from. Because they come from a single point on the map, you should build 3 of them on that side of the base if you want them to be the most effective!

I think you can still place the roofs if the frames are upgraded to sheet metal.

Dust love the vids always use the bases for all of my wipers, but can you make a combination of the Utopian and The Grift?
So many nice details. The only thing i don't like is the entrance into the actual base. It's 1 door and 1 wall to main loot if you get offlined.
Only for 1 loot room, and if you use an armored door on that 1 spot it's still 20 rockets.
