ATS controller wiring diagram

The automatic transfer switch controller or ATS controller is the governor of a transfer switch.
The controller and transfer switch are normally enclosed together in the ATS panel.
The ATS panel supplies electricity to a LOAD from the Mains or the generator according to the settings made on the ATS controller. See the wiring diagram

Commonly there are 2 options: transfer switch using contactors or motorized switches when large power is involved.
The BeK3 ATS controller is suitable for all options offering granular and accurate operations, and economic and technological advantages.
The internal interface board features all components to connect the generator and transfer switch. YOU HAVE TO WIRE ONLY A BATTERY CHARGER, CURRENT TRANSFORMERS, CONTACTORS and TERMINAL BLOCKS.
The metallic door becomes a power shield for the Be242. It prevents electrical noises from disturbing the processor.
It is fully programmable. You can adapt the controller to any generator and transfer switch. You can set all electrical protections up to 1000 amp 600V and 99 hertz.
