I can't believe how many people are angry at this guy. That interview was one of the most hilarious clusterfucks of a trainwreck I've seen. Stephen losing it in the middle was great. I'll take more interviews like this over the pre-rehearsed boring bullshit most actor interviews end up being any day.
Victor Chang Sadly, that was the ONLY thing that was funny... And the delivery was so chopped up, it was cringy to watch him stumble toward the punchline...
I admire his comedic way of thinking. He sees the situation as it is, not the reactions to it which makes this really interesting self-entertaining humor which then on the rebound was inadvertently for the audience all along. Like a "You'llthank me later" way of getting laughs. It's such a cool angle in to the act of being funny.
That cracks me up to because I am of the age that was the target market for TRL and remember her giving herself the name JLo. Absolutely nobody ever called her that until she titled her second album that and over the years has told different stories about where/how/when it came to be a thing when the real answer is probably "somebody at Sony marketing came up with it?
