I saw the title and at first I was like 'wait what?' Especially since the first time I actually did semen retention, I did it for 6 months and saw major benefits from doing it. Then I watched the video, and you're making complete sense.
You can practice semen retention for months on end, but if you're not applying that energy to your goals, going to the gym, etc, nothing is going to change for you. Its just the first step, and yes it is a lifestyle, but its basically the beginning of yhe lifestyle. You need to get up and apply and transmute that sexual energy in reaching your goals, learning and gaining knowledge (and applying it!), getting your a** in the gym, and doing all of this consistently. Like you said, its a building block to start working towards your goals. Sitting around and watching semen retention videos and not applying that energy to anything is just a waste of time.
The first time I did semen retention, I did it for six months and produced the best music I've ever put together and started back DJing again. I'm back on it again and doing the same thing: Applying all that sexual energy into my music, DJing, the gym, and saving/investing my money so that it grows more, as well as upping my game in my career field.
