this is true..i am on my 305th day on my journey and life is getting kinda boring because i find my former friends boring. i realized there is nothing in common between me and them besides getting high. now that semen retention helped me overcome the need to get high, i feel like im wasting time when interacting with these people. i rather spend my time reading, working on my blog, dep breathing and lifting weights

@@ProvenHueMan Learning to embrace boredom is important and forces you to either do nothing and maybe meditate, or figure something out to do, or just be at peace in the present moment. Boredom was/is a trigger for me which has led to relapse so if I can "master" boredom I can overcome that trigger among others. Other people who are also triggered by boredom would benefit greatly by accepting being bored sometimes. It builds strength.
Im 13 years old, and I practice Semen Retention. My longest retaining streak has been 40 days+. I want to go even further, I want to escape from the matrix that 99% of the people are stuck in.

I wish I listened to this 25 years ago. I’m on this path after a big burnout. Still recovering 2 years after. Semen Retention was the only way. I’m free now. I starved the beast. To do semen retention while consciously aware, hyper-aware, even, of your energies, allow yourself to be tired at times. Especially if you’re not used to it. You are used to being weak, and when you do this, your physical body, your eckhart pain-body, is not used to the strength being stored up, and this can cause an intense inner spiritual pain, as if you are experiencing death while living. Just accept it and allow your old self to die. Life is not going to be easy, either way. But if you’re stronger, in the future, you can make it easier for your future wife and children and others. The last thing I ever told the girl that chewed up and spit my heart at my feet was that I was going to go transform now. Little did I know I actually meant it.

This spoke truth to me. When he spoke about loosing your job. That was me, loosing a 7 year career with a company I had recently moved into an upper level engineering position. Just to loose it . Fired, working manual labor. Going through the spiritual journey, couple of slip-up with SR, but now on a 50 day streak, I'm not loosing this time to 90 days and beyond. I won't loose this time. I'll be more powerful than those around me. I am attracting people who are on my level and vibration. This is it. This karmic cycle ìs òver

@@meletis1980 I just know instinct that something is wrong, I snap myself out of it and quickly wake up because it doesn't seem right and I want to hold onto my seed so much that i am aware of anything that tries to steal it, including sexual dreams , just like having a full bladder when you sleep, of you need to go to the toilet and urinate, do you wake up or wet the bed? Same thing for me ,maybe I am lucky or have just trained mind to quickly wake up because I know something is wrong
@@meletis1980 yes that is completely understandable, in my case when I am with girls or a sexual situation in my dream, as much as I want it , I can feel that I definitely shouldn't do anything that will release my seed so I quickly feel as though it is forbidden and I snap myself out of it and end the dream or wake up. I have had 4 dreams that have attacked me in the last 100 days and I have been strong enough to resist . I know you can too , just try to think that it is wrong and ir is something forbidden and you feel guilty and you will stop it. Hope this helps and may need some practice

I watch this video over and over again after i got a taste of it. Now I revisit this video every month or so and start recognizing the patterns of birth and death of my new and old world's. At time's im on the opposite end of the spectrum. And i have to check myself to not be blind to my own issues. I will always come back and visit this video. Because its timeless.

While i was exercising this morning! pigeon just fly into my room and also stay with me on the corridor while i was exercising! I was very surprised, the bird stayed for hours ! I started this journey on January 01st 2024. It's been very hard at begging as I was about to relapse two times. I feel so much different now with more power. I tried many times in the past to overcome this addiction and finally I am succeeding in it. However, I feel I've been attacked these days with bad feelings, nightmares and almost wet dreams. Despite all this I feel strong and determined to keep on this way until I make it a life style. I hope all men that are in this journey succeed. It is worth it and it is for braves only. I've lost the accounting for the days but I'm on the journey since 2018 and from time to time SR gets more intense. I'm not depleting this life force and I'm doing my best to transmute and harness this resource to my higher purpose. More than a month without any content, date or even stimulation of feeling stimulated I've been and I am at a point in life where I'm asking myself why? I have been in my solitude but at the same time, I get that vibe of being disconnected from the world and people and even family and friends. I feel like swimming in moods constantly even when I meditate to balance my mind with my body. And, sometimes I get myself wondering why I have been feeling this rejection from the world outside. I love myself and I do my best to take good care of myself and I continue getting the rejection as an outcome. It is challenging to connect coz I feel weird and see no point in life without connecting with others. It's been a while since I've been through this. And everything without jerking off or any other stimulus. Honestly, I don't know what to do. Only a day at a time.
Hello! I’ve definitely had similar feelings before. It’s easy to say, but trying to get used to being alone is great! You could try traveling by yourself, going for a hike or to the beach alone, it’s good to get used to your own company! I couldn’t do it much in my 20s but enjoy I enjoy it alot these days. I'd say they are a miracle from God / Universe on how I sense myself as I am not the same now compared with my previous version who wrote the previous message. I’ll say first I’m not a doctor. Dry skin seems to be hormonal. If you’re asking now, perhaps you are going through a flare up? This happens a lot during seasonal transitions as is the time now. I don’t think SR alone will cure your dry skin if you’ve had it long term - since childhood, but it’ll improve your hormonal balance which will contribute to an overall improvement. There other factors such as, the climate you live in, the food you consume and alcohol/smoking. If your mother or father had it then perhaps there is a hereditary factor too. If it’s acne flare ups you’re experiencing then I believe SR will improve your condition, at least from what I’ve read anecdotally. It’s a tough puzzle to solve, but the best steps are experimentation and self observation…All the best👍

Most people think that semen retention is a scam. But if that is true, how come I can focus now on my work as a developer for 10 hours straight? I've been doing semen retention now for quite a while (I don't count my days and never had a wet dream ever since) , but I can tell you this will transform you into a beast. If you struggle with semen retention, always think about that a single drop of semen is worth 60 drops of blood and imagine how all the blood goes out of your body if you release it. It may sound dramatic, but at the end of the day it's even more worse. I feel more intelligent and it seems that I have greater control if my life, even though that I am just a small particle in this epic universe.
