    I've been working out with weights for a while and this workout was very challenging. But it was also so fun! I loved how you stuck to the same exercises but altered them every circuit to target different muscles or take the difficulty level up a notch. Thank you for this session, I will be back here for sure!

    This follow along style of work out is great! The most difficult part of going to the gym is finding a routine or knowing what to do. Having a video tonfollow along really calms me and makes me feel comfy when i am in the gym. Thanks for makingbthis

    I just did this workout yesterday and I loved it! Really gave me a good opportunity to practice my pushups and really make sure I have good form. I love these workouts and I would DEFINITELY like to see more! 😄

    Love this❤ i haven't worked out in 3 month and thia was my way back
    Wanted to quit after round 2 but felt like i still have a little in me
    Modified most movements but very proud of myself. Thank you for the workout ❤

    I love the kidness with wich you explain the movements, makes me less anxious because the video is so calm 😊 Also the fact that you show different variations of each exercice is very helpful because i’m not very strong yet but knowing that i can adapt each exercice to my level makes me feel more welcome haha

    Love it !! I did this workout on my luteal phase, for a bit of a change from my weighted workouts which can be a bit too challenging in this time of the month and really enjoyed it !! I was able to work on the form of every exercice, especially the push up ! Thank you so much for this !! I'll do more of that for sure !

    Haven’t done bodyweight exercises in a while, this was a great reintroduction. Knackered but feel great. I swapped out the reverse plank for a normal plank due to having hyper flexible knees and I don’t know if I made it harder for myself or not!

    Really enjoyed the video! Can we use dumbbells to replace resistance bands ?

    As more of a beginner , I know I’m going to have to modify some of these- bands for the pushups, lunges for the squats, and I probably can’t do the quad hold for a full minute- but I’m still going to give it my best effort! Thanks for the challenge! ❤

      Just finished it! I did the regressions I mentioned and also used my mini push-up handles to do the reverse plank and quad hold- I have wrist pain/weakness from a past broken elbow/ surgery, so I highly recommend trying handles if wrist pain is an issue. I totally fatigued by round 3 but I just kept getting up- progress!

    As someone who has lived in apartments, I'm so curious and nosy...do you have an agreement with your downstairs (upstairs?) neighbors about all the moving/jumping around noise? 😄

    Did you lose the weight and then start training in calisthenics. I'm still really heavy for my height, so just wondering if I should focus on weight loss only, or can I start trying some of this?

      It's essentially strength and cardio combined, so you'll lose weight and build muscle at the same time.
      Do what feels good to your body, you know best of your abilities. And don't be shy to take it easy.

      both. helps burn calories (lose fat) as well as works your muscles so you can gain that

    I do 3 sets of 55 pushups and 1 set of 10 to the count of 30 down. Plus 300 crunches with holds of 100 (sides and middle), pelvic tilts and squats, leg raises and burpies. I am looking to exercise different muscles, maintain or increase mobility and balance as I age. I didn't find this workout challenging enough to feel like I exercised. Am I supposed to increase reps and holds ?
