I just had the polynucleotides / Salmon facial injected around my eyes 5 days ago (I'm in Canada). I had the little hive things in the area where the injections went in for a couple of days, then it went away. Although it's still very early I think I already started to see a difference and have good hopes for it. I'm 40 and did it to help with fine lines and hollowness - although I know it will not fill out the area like fillers/fat would, I am hoping it makes the area more smooth for the application of concealer. And hope it helps with the collagen in the area for less darkness and a slight plump. I am getting my second treatment in a month. In the past I did PRP and PRF all over the face and under eyes. I'd say it did make the skin look overall healthy; but not a huge difference. I have also decided to do a blepharoplasty and fat transfer to correct the under eye hollows. I am seeing the surgeon for a consultation in a week. I'd say I look overall good for my age as I started Botox and a good skincare regime early - but due to genetic predisposition for dark under eyes since birth, the cosmetics have not been enough and this is the only area in my face that shows my age. PS - I think it's important to mention Renuva is taken from cadavers (I'm not sure in all cases, but seems to be based on what i researched). I understand there would be rigorous procedures to make it safe to apply on people, but personally that throws me off and i don't think I could do it.
I work in a breast center and a patient came in who had her breast injected with hyaluronic acid in another country. It was impossible to see anything with ultrasound in her breasts. She had huge areas of fat necrosis which felt like lumps. I wouldn’t be concerned about it causing cancer, but it would be next to impossible to detect a possible cancer.
Yes this is why doctors ask if patients have a family history with breast cancer before they do breast injections. I'm also curious if this stem cell injections will also cause lumps and bumps. From my understanding the lumps are not a big deal from reviews of patients (fat transfer), the scary this is if stem cell injections from other ppl's genetics can cause cancer
No matter what treatments you do, I recommend to all my high frequency ultrasound clients that they take oral supplements like collagen for skin structure, hyaluronic acid to build skin moisture, Phyto Ceremides to retain more skin moisture, and a good Hair Skin and Nails vitamin for all the vitamins and minerals you need for skin growth. Cut way way down on sugar and carbs, it breaks down your skin structure and other connective tissue integrity. And of course wear sunscreen, UV light damages skin and causes wrinkles.
I love this video. I recently went to S. Korea and got a treatment. We need that salmon DNA here! My skin looks flawless. I also bought a ton of Rejuran products and love them lol. You addressed PRF and PRP but not EZ GEL prf, not really. It’s not the same thing as PRF. I wouldn’t say it’s a filler replacement but after 4 treatments my hollows are 80% better. I think filler could have gotten it to 90-100 but I’m more than pleased with my results. The provider really matters (like most procedures).
I got EZ Gel too for my eye bags and hollows and after the 1st injection I see 30% improvement, I need to have another one in another 6 weeks and then one a year. I am doing sculptra on the 18th to address my cheek fat loss and my jowls. I'm excited.
Once again Emily a fabulous informative video. Can’t wait for all your updates in the coming year. Thank you for all the research you put into your presentation.
I received two PRF treatments, 6 months apart. They were great for the crepey texture and fine lines under my eyes as well as the dark circles but did pretty much nothing to address the overall volume loss in my face. Also it is quite expensive for what it achieves. Emily, I have been watching your videos for almost a year now and I’m finally going in for a couple of consultations (for Sculptra). Thank you for sharing your knowledge so freely! I’m very excited.
@@aa19022So good to hear the channel has been helpful! Thank you so much for sharing your experience with PRF. That’s what I concluded that it can help with crepey texture and fine lines but not so much volume loss. 👍. Love this! Regenerative Medicine is the future! I hope they do more research on HRT. The estradiol patch gives me a breast "lift" and fullness (density). Progesterone slightly increases my breast size (but goes back down when I stop because I cycle it).

I had good quality prp in my lips for healing scars I had. The leftover went under my eyes and in my nasolabial folds. Not all prp is created equal and I paid extra for better quality prp. I had a series of treatments and got subtle but great results. The before and afters are impressive. I also make my own multi peptide serums so that really helps as well. I would definitely get prp again. But I would rather get PPP but it is hard to find a provider who does it. I am about to start doing injectable copper peptide and cannot wait for that! @@athinachris1757 I have heard about it but its been out a while in Europe i believe and they are working on bringing it the US. Not too crazy about it because it still has HA in it and I feel you really need to spread biostimulators and how can you spread it when it’s trapped in a thick gel. I also think it’ll be very hard for someone who uses it to determine what is the result of filler versus what is the result of the skin rejuvenating effects of the calcium hydroxy appetite?. Interestingly, the company that I mentioned in this video Allergan, (AbVie) bought the rights to sell Harmony here in the US. They’re going to have to complete their studies here before it goes to market.
@NaturalInjector thank you very much! I appreciate for taking time to actually reply in detail and your answer is very enlightening n very helpful! I was very skeptical about Sculptra too. I'm 33yrs old
Great video. I had rejuran injected and i dont think it adds volume. I am not sure about results. Can you do a video comparing PLLA and PDLLA/Lenisna/Juvelook volume. Thanks
Please respond. My experienced injector says giving me fillers or prf, sculptra into my smile lines is bad because it gives me a droopy face and I'm not sure what to do. Why do you think that is?
Because you move that muscle alot it's not a good idea. Sculptra is good for mid-face but you should never do anything on smile lines or the side of your nose
@@BalU-bk1ii thank you for sharing your experience with fat transfer. Glad you liked the results from Sculptra. Assuming you treated your face done with fat transfer ?
@NaturalInjector yes I had some done in forehead where I was naturally losing fat early 40s. Also in my temples. It took about 2 years to dissipate. We had to put fillers in that area ...balanced out nicely after.
@NaturalInjector . Yes. If I may.. the temples and some spots on the forehead are naturally, where the skull indents..it's like the fat couldn't thrive. However, where there is more estrogen, for example, the buttocks and hips.. No issues at all To your point in the video, the fat will prosper where it gets nutrients perhaps. For example, if I were to receive biostimulent treatment in temples shortly after fat transfer could of the fat cells continue to thrive? I also did fat transfer in my upper lip. As I lost volume due to aging. It still looks beautiful and natural.. I've done collagen stimulating treatments since then to the lips. Like fontana laser.
@@AFocusedLiving You bring up an interesting point. I can definitely understand why someone would be concerned. When the video airs you will see what the company also uses in addition to their regenerative implants.

@@amandahall4992 thank you for sharing Amanda. @NaturalInjector I want fuller breasts but if there may be an option to do it without using implants, I would want to wait for that. Fat transfer may be an option for me, but I'm not sure if I meet the requirements.

I bet you got your stem cells from Acorn Labs. They have an office/provider in Cherry Hill NJ, which is only an hour drive for me. But how does it work? Do they grow stem cells and produce your own DNA serums? I know they freeze for a fee, but are there current treatments and products you can use right away?
@@shelleybevacqua Great question Shelley. They extract stem cells from your hair follicles and store them for a yearly fee. Right now you cannot use any products from your own stem cells but i heard last week that they’re developing secrettomes! They claim to be the only company that can offer personalize secretome treatments and secretomes are more powerful than exosomes and apparently are 34 x more growth factor levels than PRP. Not sure when the secretomes are supposed to be available but I think sometime this year.
I use Calecim every day and I love it! I don’t think they are for injection, although the hair treatment comes with a ”stamp” with very short needles. I wouldn’t consider the stamp to a microneedle, though. But I use the pink serum after my microneedle session and it heals overnight.🤩

@@hana036 I tried it once but not sure if the person who did it put too much volume and was too rough injecting it but once is not enough as you usually need a series. I was very swollen and bruised. I looked rather ridiculous actually. From what I have heard from both providers and patents is that it can add volume the under eye areas but it doesn’t last that long and needs to be repeated every 3-6 months. I don’t think it can help give long lasting results from under eye hollows but I heard it can help brighten dark circles.
Thanks for your reply. That's quite interesting as what you described sounded like my friend who ONLY got prp alone - prF with EZgel combo was supposed to be much more superior but it seems it's the same as prp alone weird...
I would love if something good and worth the money comes out for tear troughs that can regenerate collagen and get rid of dark circles. My surgeon has been trying to build out my lipo dent on my knee with sculptra, and it's doing very little!! 😢 I hope something better comes out to fix irregularities like this. I there is Renuva, but i can't find it near me. My plastic surgeon doesn't have it. It's probably too expensive for me anyway. I've been considering asking if a hyaluronic acid like volluma or lyft can be used to fix it. I don't love that idea, but not many choices. My doctor doesn't want to do fat trsnsfer on me. I'm a lean girl. I'm honestly afraid that i would end up with another dent if more lipo was done for fat transfer. If i have to get sculptra every 2 years for maintenance anyway, why not get a filler that lasts 2 years or more.
@@monicastraub3372 Hi Monica. Have you tried PRP/PRF for your under eyes? Also Renuva may be a better option for your lipo dent. Curious where you are located? My friend got Renuva for her irregularity in her butt and it worked well. I think she had 2 treatments. I’m sure you can try filler but I get you, I would want to go with something regenerative too.
@NaturalInjector I live in Seattle Wa. I've been told that prp for under eyes doesn't last long for the $$$. I also can't find too many places that do Prf in the city. I also have hollows and don't think these treatments will work well to correct that. I have HA filler under my eyes now. It's been there for about 18 months! It looks ok. I don't like that I can spot the filler in certain lighting. I've found med spas around here that do Renuva, but because it's from a surgery complication, I would just be more comfortable having a surgeon fix it or atleast done in a doctors office, not just a random medspa. I'm sure the providers in these medspas can be great, but after going through what I went through, it makes me nervous that it can get worse!
@ Yes I agree I don’t think PRP/PRF would do good to give long term results for under eyes hollows but if you already have filler than it’s prob filling out the under eye hollows and I totally feel you with seeing the filler under certain lighting. I feel like I can see mine under certain lighting too! It doesn’t bother me too much though. I think it’s probably important to find a provider experienced with Renuva, rather than if it’s a surgeon or a non-surgeon. There are a lot of non-surgical based practices who have a lot of experience with renuva. Have you tried reaching out to the company to see who they recommend? Perhaps you can find a surgeon in your area who has experience with Renuva. I know their site can show who is qualified in your area to do Renuva.
@NaturalInjector I've checked they're website and typed in my location, but haven't seen much. I'll try calling to see if I'm missing something this week. Good idea,, thank you! I hate provider jumping, but I may have to for this. The cost if works will be worth it, but if it doesn't!! I guess I have to give up. I'm worried that the sculptra isn't working because of the scar tissue caused by the cannula is pretty tough under the skin. You can't see it. My surgeon told me it's what's causing the puckering. I guess a consult can't hurt for Renuva. So it's ok to use Renuva on top of what was already treated with sculptra?
@ Yes that should be fine but you mentioned you had scar tissue that’s causing puckering from the cannula that was used. Have they tried breaking the scar tissue up with subcising the scar to break up some of the scar tissue with a needle or cannula? If you can comment and remind me tomorrow I can ask the company tomorrow if they have anyone they can recommend for the Seattle area.

I am impressed by your results and very curious to learn more. Which part of face hollows did you get treated?
Salmon DNA in the USA? We do have it!

I've had sculptra done for smile lines with canula ..it's feathered in with modest amount. Get 2nd opinion. I had great results.

@ Oh man so after 2 years it just left?
@NaturalInjector . Yes. If I may.. the temples and some spots on the forehead are naturally, where the skull indents..it's like the fat couldn't thrive. However, where there is more estrogen, for example, the buttocks and hips.. No issues at all
To your point in the video, the fat will prosper where it gets nutrients perhaps.

@ I think that PRF can give better results with more longevity because the fibrin allows for longer release of the growth factors

I cited facts, spoke the truth and made an analogy of two respectable professionals splitting hairs over a silly title, with a little sarcasm. And your fragile ego responded in hysterics within minutes. What kind of medical professional is glued to youtube comments all day responding within minutes? The only one making yourself feel 'inferior' is you. I did not use word inferior even once, but you are frantically scribbling it all over multiple replies. No matter what costume you dress your title up in, everyone knows you are still Physician's Assistants (which is a perferctly respectable profession that never needed to be dressed up in a costume in the first place, DUH). Your fragile ego's are the problem, not your professional titles. If your title makes you feel so 'inferior' you have to legally change it and cry about it on the internet to random strangers, you are the problem not the title. Case in point.
@@NaturalInjector Haha what a psycho. You keep deleting my replies that expose you and editing this one. If this hurts you so badly why not just delete my original comment and the whole thing will disappear?
